We enjoyed staying here. The staff made us feel welcome and safe. It was worth the money.
Pros:

Wonderful hosts. Jose was very helpful and friendly. They helped us book a well-priced boat tour on the lagoon. Their cat, Pantera, was a delight too. Nice hot shower. Very clean. Big rooms. AC worked well. Close to a big supermarket - Aki.

Cons:

The WiFi was a little slow and would cut out from time to time. The bed was comfortable but had noisy, screechy springs.

Spacious, clean, and comfy stay
Pros:

Very spacious and clean room, nice coloring. Owned by an extremely friendly and helpful family. Our A/C stopped working during our stay and it was attended to and fixed straight away!! The room comes with A/C and ceiling fan, refrigerator, towels, WiFi, and TV. They provide parking within the gated property. We were even an able to store some luggage on the day prior to the earliest check in time. The owners are on site 24/7 which is great for late check ins and safety.

Noisiest hotel room ever
Cons:

Loud sound of trucks all night. Bright light shining in the curtainless window. About as far away from town as you can get without being technically outside of town. No pool, outdoor area or any kind of other facilities. The only clientele who might suit this place would be a truck driver spending two hours in a room with six beers and a working girl.

Ruidoso, noisy. Al lado de la carreterra, con el ruido de trailers frenando todo la noche. Next to the main road with the sound of semi trailers engine breaking each minute of every night. Sin cortinas con una luz fuerte afuera. No curtains, and bright hallway light outside. Cuando pregunte por apagar la luz, el dirigente me dijo no. Jose was very kind , property just not close to center area
Pros:

Jose the head of staff was very accommodating and he even alerted me on how to take a collectivo to get to xul-ha, however no sheets!

no sheets for my bed, the property was to close the highway

Pros:

What I like about the hotel is that it is close to a restaurant, gas station and a grocery shop. It is like 15mins from the centro and the area seems pretty safe.

Cons:

The bed was a bit uncomfortable and the internet is not that great.
