Our room had a full kitchen and it was clean
There was weird smell in the hallway
I didn't like that it had a connected door to another room. I felt very unsafe. I ended up checking out and going somewhere else. Also this place smelled like weed and cigarettes.
The gentleman who checked me in, was very polite and informative.
My room was less than desirable. Filth on the curtains, odd brown drink stain on the side of the recliner, led lighted mirror would not work and looked burnt out, fan in the bathroom wouldnt work, ac in the room barely cooled so this made sleeping unbearable as the room would get extremely hot. The bathroom was not clean and the bed was unkempt when coming into the room.
Tiles in bathroom were stained, AC made random noises, otherwise it was fine.
Staff was friendly
Hotel has a very heavy perfume smell in the halls. All I can guess trying to cover up something. My friend had to change rooms 3 times to get a room that didn't have a dirty sock smell. My room was ok, bed was great room was clean. Could smell smoke from other rooms when entering the bathrooms at night. I got a non smoking room but other next to me must not have been. All share a vent for the bathrooms. No problems as far as Parking or sercuirty.
The AC in our room was broken; I don't feel the situation was handled properly. There wasn't any urgency to get it fixed even though we are in Texas. We checked out a day early.
