Klare Empfehlung, komme gerne wieder...
Pros:

Frühstück war reichhaltig und ziemlich abwechslungsreich.. kleine Häppchen, unterschiedliche Salate mit Fisch, Ei, Wurst.. frisches Obst... Gemüse...
Zimmer recht groß (zumindest meins) und sauber.
Lage ist wundervoll, direkt am Wald und Wiesen... wie zu Hause.

Cons:

Ich hätte mir gewünscht dass die Sauna einfacher zugänglich ist und dann auch etwas länger genutzt werden kann.
wenn wir ganzen Tag ein Seminar haben bis spät Abends ist die Sauna ein schöner Abschluß, den ich mir grundsätzlich gerne gönne um zu entspannen und abzuschalten. Wenn ich aber das Seminar verlassen muss um an der Rezeption rechtzeitig bescheid zu geben dass ich in die Sauna möchte und diese erst aufgeheizt werden muss damit ich vielleicht noch 1/2 oder 1 Std rein kann, ist mir das zu umständlich und zu kurz wenn um 22.00 Uhr Schluss ist. Das finde ich sehr schade. Als Anregung Vielleicht grundsätzlich die Saunazeiten z.B. von 18/19 Uhr bis 23.00 Uhr einschalten und das im Haus auch bewerben/informieren damit es auch genutzt wird..
Manchmal war der Ton des Bedienungspersonals im griechischen Restaurant zur Mittagszeit nicht ganz so gästefreundlich. Ich verstehe daß Sie Stress haben, das sollte das Personal aber erstens gewöhnt sein und leicht händeln können bei einer Gruppe von 25 Leuten und zweitens Freundlichkeit macht vieles leichter und angenehmer.. nicht nur für das Personal sondern auch für die Gäste. Humor ist dann doch die wahre Würze.

Cons:

Etwas hellhörig bei offenem Fenster zu den nachbarzimmern. Aber bei geschlossenem Fenster mit AirConditioning alles gut

Very disappointing late-night arrival experience with family
Pros:

The breakfast was fine, and the breakfast staff was quite amicable and hospitable.

Cons:

The location is acceptable, but it is quite isolated and inconvenient for a one-night layover.
After a long journey, we arrived late with our family and were assigned a room with a very strong unpleasant smell, apparently of cannabis smoke.
The replacement room was not clean, and we had to wait late into the night while it was prepared.
The restaurant and bar close at strict times, with very few nearby alternatives for food or drinks.
Despite several rooms being booked by our group, the hotel offered only €40 compensation, which we found inadequate, and later appeared to minimize our experience. This was exhausting and unacceptable; we will not return and advise travellers to consider these issues carefully.
