Staff was very kind and helpfull. Bicycle rent for free at the Reception. Location of the hotel was quiet and old Town Hoi An was reachable in 10 Minutes with the bike. Nice and good breakfast.
The building/ rooms are badly soundproofed, so you can hear everybody on the floor. The ventilation in the bathroom makes bad instead of good smell
Wonderful place to stay overlooking the rice paddy fields away from the hustle and bustle of old town. Beautiful spotless pool and sun lounges and great breakfast. We had a room with a big balcony overlooking the rice fields. Bathroom was spacious and clean. Everyone was welcoming and happy to help with anything. Would stay again.

El personal es muy amable. La habitación era grande y cómoda. El desayuno estaba bien. Las bicicletas que usamos estaban en buen estado. Todo fue muy bien!
La ubicación. Pero cuando reserve no me di cuenta que estaba mas alejado. Estaba bien si queres estar alejado del ruido y si te moves con moto todo el tiempo. Pero si queres ir caminando no está cerca. La ducha se podría arreglar para que no salga agua.
I had a wonderful stay here. Lily was an amazing person. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly as shown in the photos. The staff were incredibly friendly and always happy to help. The location was perfect—close to everything yet still peaceful. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The pleasant surprise for this hotel located at the outskirts residential area near Hoi Ann old town is the Vietnamese pancake contain pineapple cube which is very fresh and juicy. This is very different compare to other pancake that I seen in local restaurants.
Overall, I am very satisfy with the quality of the breakfast.
Booked double twin bed family room for 5 persons but only provided 3 bath towel, had to request hotel staff to send in another 2 sets.
Also found a plaster bagworm lying on the Bedsheet which I rate 3 star for hygene level of the hotel, would expect staff to clean it before passover to customer.

Food could have been better.
The property is modern, the Staff were amazing, nothing was difficult. Always smiling and welcoming. Although the property is a little away from Old Town, there were enough transport options available. Being surrounded by rice paddys gave a snapshot of life in Vietnam. If you choose to walk in the area there are amazing experiences, getting up early seeing the fish markets at work, the pottery museum and the many roadside coffee stalls and local restaurants all made for a great holiday.
A little bit out of the way, but a nice and quiet stay. Breakfast buffet was a nice touch. Front desk staff was very kind and would go out of the way to be helpful

Just a little far from the old quarter and restaurants. However the 30 minute walk to the old quarter gave us some exercise!
Beautiful spacious rooms overlooking rice paddy field and gorgeous pool. The location is nice and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of the Old Town but nice and close to get to by bike.
