Very horrible would not recommend
Pros:

Great location

Cons:

This property was very unclean bugs throughout the entire facility. Hair on the sheets, mold and mildew in the bathroom very bad smell in rooms refrigerators not working in the rooms

Personeel doet hun best, maar alles mag wel gerenoveerd worden.
Pros:

Lekker rustige ligging, als je scooters kan regelen is het een prima uitvalsbasis.

Cons:

Zwembad is niet echt fris, pomp staat duidelijk uit. Kan ook best en flinke onderhoudsbeurt gebruiken, tegels en rekjes zitten allemaal los.

Very welcoming and friendly staff
Pros:

it was very comfortable, clean, and upscale
Lee was very helpful and organize pick up from the airport and travel to hue. very friendly. highly recommended.
even though it's not at the city center, it's within walking distance (which i walked myself one time )

Good location for visiting Hoi An, if you want a quiet place out of town and be brave enough to go in the city by bicycl
Pros:

Staff was very kind and helpfull. Bicycle rent for free at the Reception. Location of the hotel was quiet and old Town Hoi An was reachable in 10 Minutes with the bike. Nice and good breakfast.

Cons:

The building/ rooms are badly soundproofed, so you can hear everybody on the floor. The ventilation in the bathroom makes bad instead of good smell

Cal amongst the hustle and bustle of old town
Pros:

Wonderful place to stay overlooking the rice paddy fields away from the hustle and bustle of old town. Beautiful spotless pool and sun lounges and great breakfast. We had a room with a big balcony overlooking the rice fields. Bathroom was spacious and clean. Everyone was welcoming and happy to help with anything. Would stay again.

Pros:

El personal es muy amable. La habitación era grande y cómoda. El desayuno estaba bien. Las bicicletas que usamos estaban en buen estado. Todo fue muy bien!

Cons:

La ubicación. Pero cuando reserve no me di cuenta que estaba mas alejado. Estaba bien si queres estar alejado del ruido y si te moves con moto todo el tiempo. Pero si queres ir caminando no está cerca. La ducha se podría arreglar para que no salga agua.
