City Plaza Hotel

Perfect location and excellent service. We had a great stay. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Excellent hospitality and budget friendly rooms.. Will definitely recommend!

The reception of the hotel is small and old fashioned!!!!!!!! They have parking spaces behind the hotel and we parked there, but their own free parking space I’m not sure if they have and during our stay it was very loud sounds from the construction behind the hotel.
Old fashioned rooms and need general renovation , specially for the bathroom and it’s very shabby inside !!
Breakfast we didn’t take!!!

From the previous reviews, I know it's terrible. But I didn't expect that much, until I checked in and see the room by my own. I was literally feel like '' W T F''. And the funny thing is the reception would confident tell you that no cancellation no room change.

I take room online Hotels.com i pay also online same website .there customer service waiting for me more than 1 ours why? I prove him received voucher book is guaranteed confirmation number everything i show him .he say always i can't give you room bcs don't show you details in ours systems why like this very poor customer service

Regular, mucho por mejorar

This was the 2nd stay in City Plaza Hotel. But was little bit disappointed with the room we got. The bathroom was not clean as it should be, room was next to the store room so cannot sleep due to the noise. Staff were so helpful, we requested to change the room the next morning and they gave us better room than before. They should give some more attention to the cleanliness, room amenities. But overall experience I would say it was good but they can be better if they will just look on those areas they need to improve.

Great staff, great rates, welcoming atmosphere, great location, just a couple blocks from the gorgeous mosque. And I really like that you can open the windows to catch a break from the air conditioning if you like to do so. Enjoyed my stay

Excellent restaurant, clean and big rooms, helpful staff, especially Mr. Emad .I will recommend this hotel to my friends.Twice we arranged a party there. Our guests enjoyed every moment of their stay.

The amount we paid for the room was just like throwing the money into a dust bin ... dirty bathrooms no amenities, inexperienced staff that didn’t know how to talk .. we wanted to order a beer bucket which we saw in the elevator promotion but the guy said it’s only in the outlets !!! Mini bar list says 2 beer for 25 aed but when asked we got to that list they put is a lie 1 beer is 25 .. so terrible I am surprised that a hotel can be run like this ...

Although booking.com and trip advisor shows spotless outside facade. I found the city plaza to be clean and the reception staff pleasant.

The value for money was disappointing. The rooms advertised came with free WiFi on day of visit was charged 15 dirham for 1 day. Restaurants in hotel were shut till 9 due to Islamic New year. tea coffee in rooms non existent had to pay 15dirhams for coffee.

Had it been more than just travelling and needed rest for the night I would not have stayed here.

The bath was chipped and no plug.
The water heater switch didn't light up so did not know weather hot water was available.

All in all disappointed. If I come back to Fujariah I will not stay here

Was booked into this hotel after usual was full. All I can say is room was spotless and very large.
Downside was it was very noisy with loud music till early hours, car horns, people noise etc. The hotel has no additional facilities ie. pool, gym, tea making etc and TV reception was iffy with no english channels. Wireless internet was patchy however in all fairness within 5 minutes of me complaining I received an ethernet cable delivered to the door.
