Very loud, bathroom had zero privacy there was a glass door but it was open to the whole room other than that.
The room was quiet, spotless and comfortable. The hotel staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The hotel location on the Portland MAX Lightrail route makes it super convenient, especially from the airport.
It would be nice if the hotel had a pool, or hot tub. But, all of its other attributes more than make up for this missing amenity.
THE best hotel in downtown Oregon! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and the rooms were spotless. Steps away from the convention center, it was the most convenient place to stay.
Excellent proximity to the MODA center and public transit that can take one easily to the airport or Providence Park. The staff is always friendly and the hotel is always clean.

Beautiful view, super comfortable beds
Wasn’t too wild about the buffet breakfast, but I did like the smoked trout. The potatoes had a funky taste.
Over all excellent, very clean, friendly staff..parking is a little inconvenient and should be free for guests in my opinion.
Parking is a little inconvenient, very hard to get stuff from car , far from the hotel and as I said it should be free for overnight guests.

Heads up: Bar closes at 11 during the week and 12 on weekends regardless if they are busy or not. Not a deterrent, just a heads up.
Great stay. Excellent location next to convention center and proximity to train line for transit throughout the city was awesome.
Not a great experience. You would think if you are right next to the convention center you would be prepared to handle a large event but we were treated rudely and they were clearly understaffed. Our room was not cleaned on the very first day and we had to call and ask why not and were told that we are understaffed, not as an apology but as information and seemed annoyed and asked what we need.
Our family just wrapped up an absolute standout long weekend at the Hyatt Regency Oregon Convention Center, and we couldn't be happier with our stay. From start to finish, the experience was top-notch.

* The Rooms: Crisp, modern, and perfectly maintained. The rooms were spacious, incredibly comfortable, and offered a great layout for the family to relax after a busy day exploring.
* The Breakfast: Absolutely excellent! The breakfast options were high-quality, delicious, and became something the whole family looked forward to each morning.
The location was incredibly convenient, but it’s the stellar hospitality and comfort that will make this our go-to spot whenever we're back in town. Highly recommended!
You want to stay here. A lot of the hotels in the area are in very bad condition. The homeless have overwhelmed a lot of Portland, and it smells. But the Hyatt was literally a breath of fresh air. It was great having a large lobby to socialize with friends without having to go out! A lot of my friends were unhappy with their hotel.
Seems like this is a new hotel. The ambience, furniture bedding cleanliness we’re all outstanding great location super convenient to take the metro into downtown and back.
