From Check in to Check out all the staff members were professional and friendly. I love them a lot.

Will recommend this hotel. Front desk staff were excellent customer service. Atmosphere was wonderful, very clean as always. Would highly recommend to family & friends

I don’t know what went wrong with my stay to where they canceled my stay and are asking for money from my stay

Highly recommended!
Pros:

Great location, rooms and the hotel itself are very clean and very well organized!

Water pressure at all showers are relatively low, but not something needs to be concerned about.

Very convenient for NBA fans looking to see games at the Moda Center stadium.

We will for sure visit again !
