Perfect hotel!
Pros:

The staff was extremly helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was very delicious.
It really felt like home! :)

La posizione è eccezionale. Non penso ci sia di meglio. Comodissima per girare la città a piedi e per prendere vari mezzi, la plaça do comercio è letteralmente a 1 minuto a piedi.

Express! Je n’y étais que pour une nuit mais j’ai apprécié le confort et l’hospitalité.
Pros:

Joliment décoré et confortable. Le personnel était très sympathique, en plein centre ville de Lisbonne.
Idéalement situé on peut tout faire à pied.

Εξαιρετική πόλη για city break, αρκεί να πετύχεις καλό καιρό και όχι πολύ τουρισμό.
Pros:

Η τοποθεσία ήταν τέλεια! Πολύ κοντά σε σημαντικά αξιοθέατα, στην κεντρική πλατεία Praca do Comercio & στο παραλιακό μέτωπο, αλλά επίσης κοντά στην κεντρική αγορά. Μπορούσες άνετα να κινηθείς παντού με τα πόδια ή με τραμ. Το πρωϊνό ήταν καλό, όχι πολύ πλούσιο, αλλά καλό και μπορούσες να παραγγείλεις να σου φτιάξουν ομελέτα και τηγανητά αυγά. Γενικά το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ ευγενικό και πρόθυμο να σε εξυπητρετήσει! Στα συν το ότι υπήρχε πρόσβαση 24/7 σε καφέ, τσάι, βουτήματα!

Cons:

Το δωμάτιο, αν και κλείσαμε Superior Δίκλινο, ήταν αρκετά μικρό και χωρίς εσωτερική ντουλάπα. Το περιμέναμε πιο άνετο. Επίσης, τα στρώματα ήταν πολύ μαλακά και όχι και τόσο καλής ποιότητας, με αποτέλεσμα να μας ενοχλήσει η μέση μας. Στα μείον η έλλειψη ψυγείου. Σημαντικό: Το μπάνιο είναι με γυαλί, οπότε προτιμήστε το μόνο αν πάτε με τον/την σύντροφό σας!

Location was fantastic and the accommodation was very good. All staff were very accommodating and all spoke English, which just helps to make the whole process easier for those of us who don't know the native language.

Soggiorno confortevole
Pros:

Lo staff è stato veramente cordiale e disponibile. Abbiamo avuto dei problemi con il volo e in caso di arrivo il giorno successivo ci avrebbero comunque accolto senza problemi.
La colazione è stata super ed erano sempre a disposizione caffè , biscotti, torta e tè durante la giornata.
Ci siamo sentiti veramente bene. Grazie allo staff!

Lo staff è estremamente gentile, molto accoglienti e sempre disponibili a fornire assistenza e informazioni utili per il soggiorno a Lisbona.
Camera molto pulita, confortevole e particolarmente ampia (stanza 25).
Posizione perfetta. Colazione ricca e di ottima qualità. Davvero un hotel da consigliare.
