Pros:

The hotel is in a great spot, perfect for lots of the main attractions. The staff were wonderful, really helpful. It was perfect for a couple of days stay.

Cons:

I had a comfortable room with twin beds for me and my son. It was a bit on the small side but we were only there for a couple of days so it wasn't too bad, we were only there to sleep. The beds were comfy and the shower was great

Quarto muito pequeno, aliás muito pequeno.
Cabia a cama e pouco mais, não consegui aceder à janela pois eu não cabia.

Great, comorftable and safe
Pros:

We came in Lisbon to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday. The best choice we made was choosing this hotel for about accommodation. Let’s start from the location. The hotel’s location was excellent, everything was very close and everything was easy to walk. Very close just five minutes from the Parca do comercio square. The staff was brilliant, very friendly, polite and professional. I asked for a surprise for my boyfriend and they made a cake just for us. We appreciate that gesture and made our celebration special. The room was comfortable and very clean, everyday we had clean towels and the breakfast was delicious with many choices. We have already planned another trip in Lisbon and Urbano hotel is definitely our choice. Thank you team.

Perfect base
Pros:

Always 3 things, bed, shower and breakfast.
Bed, very comfortable.
Breakfast, great choice, beautifully presented
Shower, powerful, warm and sorts you out.
Staff are brilliant especially Rita. She gave us a fab recommendation for a local Portuguese restaurant, which was spot on. Then gave us all the info for our trip to Benfica FC, what a great night and thanks Rita. We will definitely use this hotel again when we come back.

Pros:

スタッフがプロフェッショナルで働き者だと思いました。
朝食会場でテキパキと補充したり食器を並べ直したりする姿に好感を持ちました。　チェックアウト後の忘れ物に関しての問い合わせにも即座に対応してくださいました。　チェックイン後にお部屋に置いてあった私の名前入りの歓迎のメッセージカード、旅行を終えて帰国後に届いた挨拶のメッセージなど心に響くサービスです。
立地が観光に便利なため、観光の途中に2度ほど休憩にホテルに立ち寄り，ロビーに用意してあるコーヒーやお菓子を頂けるのはありがたかったです。
朝食も美味しく、特にオレンジジュースは飛行機のファーストクラス並みのレベルです。
ロビーのボサノバのBGMが嬉しかったです。

Cons:

部屋の机が小さ過ぎました。
洗面台も置く場所が狭いです。　また，蛇口が前に飛び出している不思議な作りなので、顔を洗うのが非常に大変です。周りがビチョビチョになり，持ち物が全部濡れてしまいました。シャワーの中も，置き場所が全くないです。　
ハンガーが少な過ぎます。
機能面では残念でした。

Hotel au top. Choix numéro 1. J'y reviendrai sans hésiter.
Pros:

Hôtel bien situé, proche de tout (centre, restaurants, tram, métro,...). Le personnel est top. Le petit déjeuner est complet avec de bons produits. La literie est très bonne également. Super séjour.

Cons:

Rien tout était parfait.

Super petit hôtel, très agréable séjour :)
Pros:

Beau petit hôtel chaleureux, décoré avec goût. Personnel attentionné, qui nous a bien conseillé pour visiter et manger à Lisbonne.
La chambre était spacieuse et très propre, elle aussi bien décorée.
Superbe petit déjeuner.
Très bien situé, proche du métro.
