Чудовий варіант для відпочинку в самому серці Лісабона! Зупинялися в готелі Urbano FLH Hotels Lisboa і залишилися дуже задоволені своїм вибором.Ось що сподобалося найбільше:Ідеальне розташування. Готель знаходиться в самому центрі, в історичному районі. Поруч станція метро, що дуже зручно для переміщення містом. Оскільки це центр, навколо трохи шумно, але загалом проживання було максимально комфортним.Надзвичайно привітний персонал. Команда готелю — це його величезний плюс. Працівники дуже приязні, завжди йшли назустріч та вчасно допомагали з усіма питаннями.Смачні сніданки. Їжі було абсолютно достатньо, усе свіже та смачне — чудовий старт дня.Затишна атмосфера. У холі готелю панує неймовірно тепла та домашня атмосфера, де приємно просто провести час.Турбота про гостей після виїзду. Величезне спасибі за можливість залишити речі на зберігання після чекауту. Більше того, коли ми поверталися за багажем, нам дозволили відпочити в холі, пригостили кавою з тістечком, що допомогло набратися сил перед від'їздом в інше місто.

Через розташування в історичному центрі буває трохи шумно, але загалом дуже комфортно.

호텔의 전반적인 서비스는 매우매우 만족합니다 직원들은 모두 전문적이고 친절했습니다 체크아웃할 때 말하지 않아도 짐을 맞길수 있어서 좋았습니다 다음에 리스보아에 오게되면 다시 꼭 호텔을 이용하고 싶습니다 다시 한번 감사드립니다

Cons:

세면대에 수도꼭지가 너무 길게 나와 있어서 세수를 하기도 매우 어려웠습니다
물론 고치긴 어렵겠지만 개선이 되면 무척 좋겠습니다 다른 모든건 모두 만족 합니다
이점 때문에 만점은 아쉽습니다

Pros:

Small, but beautiful hotel in top central location. Well thought out design of single room. Nothing lacking! Definitely come back.

Pillows could have been a little better/firmer, but ok.
