Pros:

The service and staff were exceptional, reception was very helpful.

The beds were very comfortable and the location was very central to everything.

The only thing we found hard to work out was the handpiece in the shower.

We could not get it to work, and suggest some instructions would be helpful.

We would recommend this hotel.

Cons:

The handpiece in the shower did not appear to work..

Pros:

Great location, clean, super nice staff

Cons:

Room could be a bit bigger and the main door is the entrance of the room so could be a bit noisy when other guests are coming in or out or dragging luggage.

Overall we enjoyed our stay!
Pros:

Good location near the water. Breakfast had a nice variety. Beds were comfortable. Had a minor issue with our room that was fixed promptly.

Cons:

Pillows have much to be desired. The hotel uses fragrances, which at times were quite strong (if you have sensitivities it may not be the place for you).

Pros:

Feels Like Home (really!)
Pros:

Cons:

Nichts!

All in all, excellent staff! Clean rooms, fast wifi and good, guest controllable AC.
Pros:

Close to the coast, and the walking distance from many interesting places and as importantly close to two metro lines and the 15E tram.

Cons:

The breakfast was in good quality but lacked imagination and I felt tired of the options after three days.
