Pros:

The hotel its self looks new and modern. Rooms were very clean honestly nothing negative to point up

Cons:

The only small issue was the bathroom. The shower d33raining was so slow andl was worried about the water overflowing on the floor

Pros:

Brilliantly located for our NEC visit. Staff were friendly and room was clean and comfortable. Had food here on both nights and was very good value burger was fantastic and pizza was big. If I’m in the area again I’ll definitely return.

Enjoyable stay
Pros:

Comfortable, modern and clean room.
Free parking and friendly reception (the room was ready when we arrived, which was a little earlier than check-in; a smooth process)

Cons:

Small ‘would be good’ comments. The noise cancellation on the corridors could be a little bit better and would have been great if the gym facilities was in the same building instead of a mile away.

A very comfortable, enjoyable and restful overnight stay.
Pros:

Found the facilities and the whole stay extremely satisfactory and was both surprised and delighted.

Cons:

Not a problem, but the walk from reception to the room was probably the longest possible!!!

Would 💯 stay here again very clean & comfortable
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Think children’s cost should be less as my child had 2 hash browns & piece toast she is fussy vegetarian but needed something.
