Stayed the night before starting a course at Scarman. Great facilities, comfy bed and excellent shower. Good quality and variety at breakfast. Free tea and coffee throughout stay.
My room on the third floor was very hot which affected my sleep. There was a fan in the wardrobe but I didn’t find this till the second night!
Really good facilities and lovely staff. Nice food and a good bar.
Very hard to find fault. The room was not air conditioned and could do with a fridge. Other than that everything was perfect
Their private parking firm APCOA are predatory. They don't provide an email receipt by default, and now have issued a PCN for parking at the hotel, which is free.
Needs air con in the rooms.
The bedroom were fabulous and comfortable including the bed and pillows it was immaculately clean ...staff brilliant bar food great ...very good value for money

The location is good, only a few minutes to the library where the conference I attend is held. The room is clean and spacious and I like the view from the window. The breakfast is of good value.
The WiFi is really, really poor. I can hardly connect to the Internet while I am in the room.

The breakfast was ok, but not very warm the fried eggs we over cooked for me. But i eat it all. Staff were friendly and every thing was very clean and comfortable. We would stay there again👍
It would be nice if the breakfast time was, open untill 10 am and nit 9. 30.

Excellent check-in and information provided by reception staff. A big bonus on being able to access the university facilities. Very good room. Excellent location. Daughter at university, so will undoubtedly stay again.
