Good location, clean, carpark
No air conditioning
Nice shower, clean kettle and a comfortable bed.
Small stain on bedding (looked like lipstick), and bar staff more interested in watching the football than serving customers.
The bar service is good, and I really like the fantastic scenery on campus.
The weather was too hot when I lived there. Unfortunately, there is no air conditioner at the room, so the temperature is a bit high despite using a fan.
Excellent stay all round. Definitely would stay again!

It was all good,
Lovely big room with doors out to the field and woodland. Very clean, bath and shower worked well. It was quiet so we were able to sleep soundly. So much choice for breakfast which was great if you wanted either the full english or healthier options, or both! Bus hub a short walk away with buses to Leamington or Coventry, great to be able to leave the car behind.
No aircon, our room was fine as it was on the shaded side and we were provided with a fan but could imagine it would be quite hot on the south side.
The location is fantastic! It is situated on the Warwick campus, and the gym facilities are within walking distance. The bar service is quite good, and you can have a coffee or tea in the morning. The staff is nice, and they helped us remain in the same room to avoid the busy time during the ceremony. The scenery is also fantastic, since our room has a splendid view of the lake.
There is no air conditioner, and it gets a bit hot when the sun goes down since our room faces west. The fan works, but it may be inefficient when the temperature is over 30 degrees.
