Soulless and no aircon
Pros:

A perfectly adequate hotel. Soulless, colourless, charmless. No air conditioning - quite a shock in the late June heat - and only two teabags.

Perfect for what we needed, clean, tidy, comfy beds.
Pros:

Very close to Warwick University campus, which was ideal for us.

Cons:

It really wasn’t an issue for us so I am nitpicking but the lift in reception only goes to floor 1 and then you have to walk across a longish hall to another lift. If you have mobility issues I would suggest asking for a room on the 1st floor for ease.

Pros:

Great location on on the Uni campus. Very modern, clean, bright and airy rooms.
No aircon, but there was an electric fan in the room(we visited during the heatwave and the fan placed in front of the open window worked just fine). On site restaurant with a good range of food and a short stroll to the Uni bars.
Really reasonable pricing (staying on a Fri before open day) and free parking. I'll use again.

Perfect accommodation for visiting the Warwick Arts Centre and reasonably priced.
Pros:

The rooms were excellent: we especially appreciated plenty of sockets and USB ports, as well as side and reading lights on BOTH sides of the bed; and the heated area on the bathroom mirror so that you could see your reflection even after showering. Biscuits, as well as tea/coffee facilities, are always welcome; and in the lounge area, separate machines with decaff coffee only and oat milk only are an inspired addition.

Cons:

Not a big fan of the refectory style long tables in the dining area.

Very convenient location on Warwick uni campus
Pros:

Good sized clean room. Kettle provided, free car parking for 2 days, one night’s stay.

Cons:

Had to take 2 separate lifts to get to the second floor.
