Cons:

Für 100€ die Nacht sehr schlecht. Nichtmal eine Flasche Wasser am Zimmer! Teppichboden komplett versifft mit eingetrockenen Blutflecken. Alles stinkig. Das Fenster ist komplett umsonst weil es so alt ist das die Zugluft wie im Vogelhaus durchs Zimmer zieht. Never again.

Einzig positiv: Fish&Chips war genießbar. Rest war katastrophal.

Lovely little place

it was to everything we needed. The cost was good.

Cons:

We were told they were open till midnight so when we got back we wanted crisps and soft drinks at 11.30pm and we were told it's closed.

Go for it! Really comfortable, friendly, convenient, and excellent value.
Pros:

Really friendly and very helpful staff, fantastic location, beds a generous size and very comfortable indeed. In March 2026 I think the new owner was settling in to his stride with lots of plans for improvements, but it was fantastic value just as it is. I believe the décor is going to be upgraded but I really liked it - calm and good quality. Total blackout wool curtains. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and really pleasant to spend time in. Standard size shower cubicles are the only thing I’d upgrade. Only sampled the full english breakfast but it was very good quality, particularly the eggs and sausage.
The rooms are above the pub - noise might be an issue for the very sensitive. We could hear the burble of a quiz night going on, but not until late; it was rather convivial. I love sleeping with the window open but the street was a little bit too trafficky for that. Generally all told a really lovely place to stay, moments from the Science & Industry museum, and a short walk to Spinningfields and the shops cafés and restaurants of Deansgate. Really lovely staff, which was a real delight.

Cons:

Noise a tiny downside. But I am completely spoiled by night-time open windows where I live in Devon!! Actually a very quiet location for a city.

Lovely accomodation!
Pros:

Had all the needed amenities and the rooms and bathroom were quite spacious.

A 5 min walk from concert venue wich was really convenient and a great location in the city centre.

The boys at the bar were super helpfull and lovely!!

Great Value for money - Friendly, helpful staff
Pros:

Clean rooms, comfy bed, staff are lovely, room was ready early, nice teas and coffees, only 1 mile from the main train station, nice bar and seating area, close to other attractions - very good value for money

Cons:

Tiny bit of road noise, but wasn't an issue. TV didn't have WiFi, but then again, I didn't ask for help with this. If I did ask, I'm sure the issue would have been resolved

Pros:

Staff gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Stanza confortevole e bagno dotato di finestra, cosa ormai rara. Posizione comoda a ridosso del centro. Abbiamo anche cenato presso il loro ristorante ed è stato tutto ottimo. Apprezzato lo sconto per la cena riservato agli ospiti dell'hotel.

Great location, excellent price, good accommodation
Pros:

Great place for a central hotel that doesn't break the bank. Bit of fuss trying to check in, as the keys were lost, but the staff were great. Lovely room, plenty of space. Would definitely book again.

Cons:

I went for a city break with friends so it was perfect. But it isn't really the place for a relaxing break, as the rooms are above a busy pub. My bed was very lumpy!

Good Location close to all amenities.
Pros:

Great Location, close to Deansgate Station & opposite Museum of Science & Industry. Numerous options for food & drink locally.
Room was clean & comfortable. As a resident I was entitled to 20% reduction off food. Evening meal was good as was breakfast.
Considering the City Centre location it was quiet during the evening (midweek).
