O funcionário da recepção do período noite/madrugada é PÉSSIMO. Mal educado e zero paciência para estrangeiros. O café da manhã oferecido é deplorável. Não contem com essa refeição.

Excelente experiencia, es un hotel de 3 estrellas, su personal muy amable, todo limpio, la habitación cuenta con ventilador. En la mañana hasta las 10 un muy buen desayuno, te dan un sándwich con jamón, envuelto en una bolsita individual, con yogurt, pero aparte en el comedor te sirves lo que quieras, café, té, leche, jugos, avena, cereales a tu gusto, miel, mermelada, quesillo,fruta fresca, postre, etc... Súper completo. Ubicado en pleno centro, a pocas cuadras de la torre Entel. Me encantó, volvería sin pensarlo.

Estancia acogedora.
Pros:

Excelente ubicación. Baño, T.V, wifi impecable.
Esta vez estuve en una habitación cómoda y con poco ruido externo. Se agradece que tenga ventilador ya que hacia mucho calor en Santiago.

Cons:

Limpieza deficiente ya que debajo de la cama y detrás de los veladores habia basura. Deben revisar bien las toallas de los huéspedes ya que esta vez me pasaron una rota.

Le dimos una segunda oportunidad y fue peor.
Cons:

Los baños estaban muy hediondos a alcantarillado, ademas el personal del turno de noche muy poco amable. No había frígobar por si llevaras alimentos.

Un hotel básico para dormir y descansar.
Pros:

La ubicación está cerca del Palacio de la Moneda. La atención al huésped fue adecuada. La habitación fue confortable. El desayuno estuvo bien.

Cons:

No respetaron la reservación original que se hizo, pues en la habitación asignada en un principio estaba muy pequeña y no teníamos nevera, la cual se indicaba en el sitio de Booking. Por ello, solicitamos cambio de habitación y afortunadamente nos asignaron una habitación grande y con nevera.
Para subir a las habitaciones superiores no tuvimos apoyo de personal y las escaleras están muy inclinadas y angostas para subir maletas.
