Pros:

Excelente ubicación y limpieza.

Cons:

Las paredes son muy delgadas o bien sin aislacion por lo que se escucharon toda la noche los ruidos y conversaciones de las otras habitaciones prohibiendome un buen descanso.

Servicio de aseo y desayuno, muy bueno.

Cons:

Al check out el tipo de recepción ni me ayudó con la maleta viendo que iba con una maleta de 23 kg bajando por la escalera.
Me tocó una pieza cerca de recepción y estuve durante el día en la habitación y no pude descansar porque el personal se juntó en recepción a reírse a carcajadas, sumado a que llegó un tipo a la habitación de en frente y tenía muy alto volumen de música y el personal no le dijo nada al respecto.

La ubicación estaba cerca de donde tenía que ir, el personal fue amable

Cons:

Se escuchaba todo, el baño chico, tenía la calefacción y al momento de pedir si la podían encender un poco en la noche me dijeron que solo se podía en el invierno y de momento estaba malo, tenía la tele en el dormitorio y no tenía ni cable

La habitación que me mostraron en la foto no tenía que ver con la realidad,mala calidad la infraestructura . deteriorada las paredes sucias ,pero por necesidad ,me tuve que quedar ya que IVA a la maratón y no había cupos en otro hotel.

Excelente ubicación, atención y servicios.
Pros:

Es el lugar donde me quedo la mayoría de las veces que voy a Santiago. Tiene buena ubicación, me sirve que se encuentre cerca de la Moneda. Incluso es relativamente cercano al Movistar Arena.

Muy cerca a estaciones de metro, paraderos y centro de la ciudad. Habitación con todo lo necesario para una estancia breve. Colchón cómodo. Desayuno básico: café, jugos, pan, queso, frutas. Buena relación calidad-precio.

Cons:

Como es un hotel de construcción antigua, por momentos en el baño había olor fuerte de tuberías.
