Overall stay was pleasant, the room was clean and spacious
Pros:

The location if the hotel was fantastic within walking distance to the main market square and all the other attractions and the staff were friendly

Cons:

More for awareness,the room we were allocated has steps going down to the bathroom so be mindful if guests have mobility issues

Soggiorno a Bruges
Pros:

Hotel molto bello e in ottima posizione. Purtroppo inizialmente ci è stata assegnata una camera Comfort nella dépendance, adiacente al parcheggio. Ritengo che al momento della prenotazione dovrebbe essere indicato chiaramente che alcune camere possono trovarsi in una dépendance: soggiornare lì offre un’esperienza decisamente diversa rispetto al corpo principale dell’hotel, sia per l’atmosfera sia per l’accesso ai servizi. Dopo aver espresso il nostro disagio, lo staff ha ascoltato le nostre esigenze e ci ha infine offerto un upgrade gratuito in una camera nel main building. L’assistenza al cliente è stata quindi, alla fine, molto soddisfacente e abbiamo apprezzato molto la soluzione trovata.

Cons:

Il fatto di sapere solo giunta sul posto che poteva essere assegnata anche una stanza nella struttura adiacente. Il problema della depandance è di trovarsi vicina al parcheggio interno e alla strada, di conseguenza è molto esposta ai rumori del traffico e delle auto che accendono alla struttura (portiere sbattute, trolley trascinati sulla pavimentazione di sampietrini). Inoltre per accedere a piscina, palestra e per fare colazione bisogna mettersi la giacca, portare anche l'ombrello , considerata la variabilità del tempo , rendendo un'esperienza non al pari di quella che si può avere all'interno della struttura principale.
Da ultimo la Nespresso non funzionava.

Rude staffs
Cons:

Very disappointing experience, especially as we were celebrating our wedding anniversary.

The room was small and not properly clean. It was advertised as having a balcony with a city view, but the balcony actually overlooked the hotel car park. The pool was also very small and had far too much chlorine.

When I complained, the manager was extremely rude, which made the whole situation unnecessarily stressful. I was disappointed by the hotel’s lack of respect for consumer rights.

I would return to Bruges a thousand times, but I would definitely choose another hotel — there are better options at even better prices.

Prima voor 1 nacht maar niet langer.

De locatie en het zwembad(je)

Cons:

De rare constructie om bij de kamer te komen, met de lift naar de eerste en dan weer een andere lift naar de tweede. Het ontbijt leek bijna wel een sketch uit Fawlty Towers, de dames kwamen verward en gestrest over. Heel vriendelijk was het ook allemaal niet. Het ontbijt zelf was redelijk.

De niet gevulde minibar……wij zouden adviseren om daar een biertje en wijntje in te zetten aangevuld met heerlijke Belgische chocolade en een nootje en chipje. Dat uiteraard wel tegen betaling 😉

PS: bij kamer 220 was/is de temperatuur-regelaar van de thermostaat kraan van de douche kapot/afgebroken. Klein aandachtspuntje.

We had a wonderful time in Bruge, great city to visit.
Pros:

Situation to the city centre. Staff extremely helpful and polite.

Cons:

Indoor swimming pool wasn’t what I expected. It was stuck down underground and not really that inviting.

L'emplacement est très proche du centre

Cons:

L'état des chambre ,la moquette établissement méritent d'important travaux pour le prix demandé il est facile de trouver mieux. Petit déjeuner très simple pas re servi rapidement café en bouloir une touché de modernité est également nécessaire. Parking ok pour citadine et petite familiale
