Super fijn hotel in centrum van het mooie Brugge
Pros:

Nette kamers (we hadden een "kleine kamer", maar groot genoeg.)
Zeer aardig en vriendelijk personeel, zeker bij het ontbijt!
Prima ontbijt, zwembad en sauna niet groot maar keurig en mooi gemaakt in de kelder. Water 28 graden koud? Net wat je gewend bent. Wij vonden het prima.
Ligging tov centrum perfect. 5 min lopen.
Prima bedden.
Dus: echt een top hotel!

Cons:

Ehhh... helemaal niks!
Parkeren kan ook prima in de parkeergarage bekorf. Net iets goedkoper dan bij het hotel.

Vriendelijk personeel en schoon maar qua prijs en kwaliteit te duur zeker voor het type hotelkamer
Pros:

Bedden zijn goed en vriendelijk personeel, ook is het hygienisch en schoon.

Cons:

Mijn hotelkamer was buiten het hoofdgebouw van het hotel waardoor ik na het zwemmen weer geheel moest aankleden en helemaal buitenom het hotel moest lopen en dat met maar een paar graden boven nul. En dus ook sochtends naar het ontbijt met mijn jas aan eerst buitenom lopen naar het hoofdgebouw.

Ook het zwembad viel tegen, erg klein en het plafond is ook erg laag.

Lovely stay at chic boutique hotel
Pros:

Location was excellent, very central and close to tourist centre. Reception staff were excellent and coped well with the new year surge of visitors.

Cons:

Although breakfast options were good, the hotel was short staffed in this area, guests should never be kept waiting long to be seated for breakfast. This is something that should be addressed urgently. Priority is given to cleaning and setting the tables after someone leaves rather than attending to those waiting to be seated. The hotel should have had more staff working during this period. We were kept waiting more than 5 miniutes to be seated on new year's day. There should either be a separate staff member seating guests or the hotel should move to a free system where guests find their own table. This is the only reason for not giving the hotel an exceptional rating.
