Would definitely stay again!

Pool and gym facilities were great, helpful and friendly staff, convenient location, we really enjoyed our stay.

Excellent facilities and perfectly, situated to see Bruges. Staff are excellent. Recently learnt that the owner sold out to a larger corporate hotel company. Hoping that Hotel Navarra retains it's sense of identity & individuality. Fingers crossed.

Slightly disappointing compared to previous stays

The amount we paid seemed excessive for the room we got. The breakfast room seemed understaffed and the breakfast very expensive

do not accept a room in the house in front of the hotel!
Pros:

Very good location, nice people, very nice large room, clean and comfortable.

Cons:

i was accomodated in a house instead of the hotel. 2 floors up, difficult stairs and no elevator. Room on the streetside, with a lot of noise of drunk people at night. could hardly sleep. bathroom of 3 m2(!) : this is not doable if there is a shower, a sink and a toilet in this narrow space. Minibar available but empty.
