Pros:

Am mai stat in 2020 la acest hotel. Personalul, curățenia in camere zilnic, aprovizionarea cu apa si cafea in camere , totul ok pana la mic dejun.

Cons:

Micul dejun era servit intre orele 7-10, daca ajungeai in jurul ore 9 nu mai gaseai mai nimic. Se termina si nu mai complectau .

SPA MANAGER SO RUDE
Pros:

Preço ok e um rapaz da recepção um loiro, muito gentil conosco na nossa chegada.

Cons:

Primeiro : o café da manhã nada tem de similar com o demonstrado nas fotos . As comidas são as mesmas todos os dias , pouca variedade. Não há pão, não há fruta, não há bolo, nada similar a um café da manhã continental somente comida, parece almoço e não há outras opções.
Segundo: eles vendem o hotel como 4 estrelas. Mas está longe disso. No meu quarto os plugs próximos a cama não funcionavam, a cortina era pequena para o tamanho da janela. O quarto fedia a esgoto e o barulho da rua é ensurdecedor.
Terceiro: O PIOR. ELES VENDEM QUE POSSUEM SPA ,PORÉM NÃO POSSUEM. FOMOS FAZER O BANHO TURCO E DEPOIS DE MUITO PERGUNTAR, NOS COLOCARAM DENTRO DA CABINE ONDE FICAMOS QUASE 1 HORA E NINGUÉM NOS ACOLHEU. UMA CENA DEPRINENTE ,ME SENTI HUMILHADA E EXCLUÍDA. SÓ depois de muito insistir uma funcionária me disse que para fazer o banho turco, so pagando ! Como pagando se eles oferecem o spa ( SEM TAXAS A MAIS ) no site? O gerente do SPA É GROSSEIRO, MAL EDUCADO, DEBOCHADO. Não voltaria e nem recomendo.
E outra informação à BOOKING, que vocês saibam que eles vendem um produto e não entregam , pois o SPA é pago. Porém vendem cono benefício do próprio hotel.

Pros:

Il s’agissait de mon 2eme séjour dans cet hôtel. Il est idéalement situé près du métro et de la ligne 1 du tramway. Le personnel est agréable. L’hôtel est très propre.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner. Il n’y a quasiment pas de sucré.
Le bruit incessant de la rue principale et du carrefour où il y a une circulation de voitures continue alors même que nous dormions avec la fenêtre fermée et que nous étions au 4ème étage.

We got by in the end.
Pros:

A good location, the staff were good to us.

Cons:

We got given a small hotel room, the floor wasn't clean. The smell was unbearable at times. The tv connection was not working. The WiFi was really bad, as we needed it for emergency.
