A good location, the staff were good to us.
We got given a small hotel room, the floor wasn't clean. The smell was unbearable at times. The tv connection was not working. The WiFi was really bad, as we needed it for emergency.

Всем привет, остановились в данном отеле в июне с 3 по 10 число. Из плюсов хорошее расположение, в 5 минутах ходьбы автобусные и трамвайные остановки. Небольшой рынок, где можно быстро купить тапки например, прям напротив магазин продуктов, который работает 24/7, что очень удобно. Персонал приветливый, в целом отзывается на любые просьбы и исправляет неполадки, которые возникают, но по факту их быть не должно раз отель позиционирует себя как 4 звездочный.
Из минусов:
1. Номер в который нас заселили был супер маленьким, рваные занавески, оббитые стены кое как закрашенные, выдернутые розетки, которые не работали. Переселили в другой номер без проблем, но впечатление было испорчено, сам отель обшарпанный и требует ремонта. Новый номер в который нас заселили был уже побольше, но на ковре было огромное пятно от кофе. Постоянно выключался свет в номере, что приходилось спускаться за администратором, чтоб он это исправил, санузел супер маленький, но это пол беды. Крышка от унитаза постоянно падала, из ванных принадлежностей только полотенца, мыла не было, шампуней, зубных паст и щеток тоже, все нужно покупать самим.
2. Бассейн и хамам за которые мы доплатили, чтоб ими пользоваться — не работали! После долгого разговора с менеджером отеля, нам предложили заменить это на 1 массаж, которым мы так и не воспользовались.
3. Завтрак — если вы хотите поесть то приходить лучше к самому начала 7-8 утра, потому что к 9-10 там уже почти ничего нет. Есть можно, завтрак очень простой хлеб с маслом, дешевые хлопья, молоко, кофе, вода, колбаска, какие-то непонятные блюда, которые мы не ели.
