Very good.
Pros:

Very nice hotel just 5 minutes walking from the city center. Staff is very nice and kind.

Cons:

Maybe the breakfast should be more cured and tidy. Also the hotel is in the center and some moments during the night there are rumours from the street.

Perfect place to explore Berat
Pros:

Lovely hotel in the old town, we got a superb room with wooden ceiling and large windows overlooking the town. It was spacious and the bathroom, though small, was the only one with a shower door in all the hotels we stayed at in Albania. The hotel has its own parking which was very convenient. You can walk to the castle and Gorica neighborhood, everything is within walking distance. They have a restaurant with a nice terrace where they serve breakfast.

Cons:

Not exactly an issue with the hotel itself, but there are roosters in the neighborhood that woke us up at 5am and did not stop crowing all morning. I suspect you can hear them from other hotels as well.

Cons:

A general note about Berat: many hotels in the city do not have parking, and when they do, it is often located a bit far from the hotel.

This hotel, however, has parking directly on site, which is a big advantage. The number of parking spaces may be limited, but the staff are very kind and helpful in assisting guests.

On a ete reçu par Antonio qui est tres gentil, serviable, souriant, de bon conseil, l'hôtel est très propre, la literie est confortable et la chambre est bien équipée.
L'hôtel est très bien situé, facile d'accès avec un parking. Le thème traditionnel de l'hôtel et de la région est atypique, c’est a faire une fois au moins.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner n’est pas assez diversifié.

Pros:

The hotel is exceptional! Location is very convenient if you want to visit the historic parts of the city. The room was very clean and spacious, with all the facilities, super comfortable beds, and a beautiful view. We tried the restaurant, and everything was fresh and delicious. The staff was very helpful, and the manager even shared with us tips on places to go. Overall, it was a great stay!

Pros:

De ligging in het fraaie Berat, ondanks de klim naar het hotel vanuit de oude stad. Maar de service en de klantvriendelijkheid zorgden voor een goede moraal. En een formidabel terras. Zeer aanbevelenswaardig.

Lage,Unterkunft und Essen waren super.

Gute Lage zur Innenstadt und zur Altstadt, Parkplatz direkt vor dem Hotel, leckeres Essen im eigenen Restaurant

Cons:

Bei der Anreise empfiehlt es sich nicht unbedingt auf Google Maps zu hören. Wir wurden über die Burg in eine Einfahrtsverbotsstrasse geleitet. Besser ist es über den Kreisverkehr bei der Brücke zu fahren
