Lage war in Zentrum.

Cons:

Beim Auswählen des Zimmers krabbelte ein großes Insekt auf dem Bett. Wir haben dort 2 Nächte verbracht; es wurde überhaupt nicht gereinigt (das Reinigungspersonal war an dem Tag nicht da). In unserem Zimmer war deutlich ein unangenehmer Geruch; obwohl wir die Badezimmertür geschlossen hatten, war es sehr schlimm. Unsere Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht; in der zweiten Nacht konnten sie das Problem beheben. Der Check-out war um 11:00 Uhr. Ein männlicher Mitarbeiter vor Ort sagte, wenn wir auch nur 5 Minuten zu spät aus dem Zimmer kämen, müssten wir den Preis für einen weiteren Tag zahlen. So etwas habe ich in meinem Leben noch nie erlebt.

Pros:

The location is excellent and very convenient. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is cozy and fully matches the photos.

Overall, everything was great. The breakfasts were excellent, varied, and very tasty. The only small thing missing was an extra hanger for clothes.
The bed was absolutely amazing — very comfortable.

Cons:

There were a few minor technical issues: the bathtub drain (which was one of the reasons we chose this room) was not working, and there was a lighting issue as well. However, the staff promptly helped to resolve last problem.
