Excellent value for the best location in town
Pros:

Location, quiet room, super restaurant, excellent staf, use of the kitchen with coffee available and a nice balcony.
Possible to store luggage.

Cons:

The pillow was too hard for me. And so was the matrass. But for others it might be good.

Clean, well-located. Many narrow stairs with no one to assist with luggage. No reception desk.
Pros:

The location was great, and the room was comfortable, stylish, and clean.

Cons:

I appreciate that older buildings tend to be less accessible than modern ones. The guest rooms require climbing lots of stairs, many of which have treaders that are too small to safely step on. Also, there is no one at the check in desk between midnight and 4:00 p.m.---- that is not a typo----16:00 hours. The first night of my stay, the WiFi wasn't working, yet the information card in the room said to send a WhatsApp message if I needed anything. Bottom line--- the stairs were too steep for me to carry my luggage up them, and there was no one at the front desk to assist; also no way to contact personnel via WhatsApp-- the only option they provided.

Cons:

We had problem with leaking water from shower to toilet floor. The pressure of the shower is strong and the water leaks easily out of it. The toilet was flooded and we had to dry the floor.
We could not decrease the temperature of the water.

Super schön, modern und zentral - gerne wieder!
Pros:

Sehr schöne Ausstattung, total zentrale Lage, sehr sauber!

Rucksäcke konnten vorab in das Hotel gebracht werden und spontan war sogar ein früher Checkin problemlos möglich.

Das Personal ist super erreichbar und bei Buchungsproblemen mit booking.com wurde mir über mehrere Wochen sehr gut und geduldig geholfen, bis der Fall geklärt war.

Klare Empfehlung für einen Besuch in Nimwegen.

Vriendelijk ontvangst
Perfecte locatie

Cons:

De kamer was geen 240 euro waard.
Hotel had geen luxe uitstraling .
Simpele receptie.
Oude kleine lift, overal tapijt.
Kamer klein.
Douchen in klein bad, met douche gordijn..
