Hotel Murat

The hotel is clean and the staff are very professional but there is lots of noise from the street at night. The balcony door of one of our rooms didn’t shut properly, so it was very loud and cold at night. But I would stay there again due to the price, location and good staff.

Best location, comfortable room, good breakfast. I ended up to stay 5 nights in this hotel. Affordable price. The only problem was stinky bathroom.

Bu yildiz kategorisinde daha temiz bir otel beklemistim (WC kapisi kapanmiyordu, WC sürekli pis kokuyordu ve odaya dagiliyordu bu koku, yer düzgün temizlenmemisti). Calisanlar cok iyiydi ve yardima ihtiyacim oldugunda hemen yardim ettiler. Aksam gec saate check in yapmama ragmen, yiyecek birseyler istedigimde, kocaman bir tabak yiyecek hazirlayip getirdiler sagolsunlar.

Odalar temiz değildi kokuyordu resepsiyon güler yüzlü değildi itici geldi,klima bozuktu,su ya çok sıcak yada çok soğuktu,havalandırma sıfırdı tadilat izleri olduğu gibi duruyordu

Temizlik vasat odalarda minidolap yok su lazımsa yanınızda götürün

Oda havalandırılmamıştı ve yerler pisti çarşaf be yorgan yastık kulübü yoktu balkon da temiz değildi

Friendly and helpful staff. Location is good and near to old city and market. Breakfast was ok and room was nice. But smoking smell was irritating through the corridor and inside the room as well especially at night.

Caddenin gürültüsü hariç herşey güzeldi

Fiyat performans açısından oldukça iyi. Kahvaltısı, personeli, konforu iyi Otel çevresi muhit olarak pek parlak değil. Ben memnun kaldım.

Inexpensive, and met my needs for a single night's stay.

Room was clean al though other padta of building seene to be under going renovarions (painting) and were not very attractive. Dost effect my stay.

Staff were friendly and helpful.

Otel temiz bir otel yeni yapılmış tamamiyle çevredeki bir çok otelde konakladım fakat bu kadar temiz ve ilgili bir otel yok kahvaltısı güzel otel sahibiyle tanışma fırsatımız oldu ve çok hoş muhabbet sağladık kısacası temiz güzel eşyaları yeni ve ilgili bir otel

Personel güler yüzlü, yardımcı olmaya çalışılıyor.
6. katta kaldığım halde, banyodan fosseptik kokusu geliyordu.
Banyoda pencere olmaması nedeniyle içeride aşırı bir rutubet kokusu mevcuttu.
Otelin konumu çok gürültülü bir kavşakta olduğundan gece geç saatlere kadar korna sesleri, bağırış çağırış, otomobil, yüksek sesli müzik mevcut.
İstirahat edebilmek çok mümkün değil.
