Pros:

Hotel sul lungomare di Durazzo, molto bello e pulito, staff eccellente. Colazione fuori da ogni aspettativa.
Tutto perfetto

Le lit était très confortable, seul point positif.

Cons:

L'hôtel est situé en bord de mer mais c'est vraiment un endroit pour les personnes qui ne veulent faire que plage/hôtel en mode all inclusive. La propreté est à revoir (poils et taches sur le lit !!!). Le jacuzzi ne fonctionnait pas et lorsqu'on a averti le personnel, ils sont venus à plusieurs et la situation semblait beaucoup les amuser, ils ont passé leur temps à rire entre eux. En bref, si vous n'aimez pas les stations balnéaires bondées et si vous voulez un vrai rapport qualité prix, passez votre chemin.

Friendly staff , great location but some infrastructure issues
Pros:

The hotel is fairly new , modern and clean and has a restaurant and is just across from the beach. When we arrived , the elevators were not working but the nice reception staff helped us bring our luggage up to the 3 rd floor. The room is modern , clean and since we requested for our beds to be separated, a very nice lady from housekeeping ( I believe her name was Anna ) came to change our bedding immediately and she was very courteous . She was from the Philippines .
The highlight was the beach across from the hotel that offers sun-beds for free for hotel guests. The water was warm and shallow and we enjoyed a very nice day on the beach.
The hotel is in a great location across from a pedestrian only street with shops, supermarkets, souvenir stalls , restaurants and a nice promenade. The next morning we checked out at 5:45 am and a kind receptionist helped us again with our luggage. I am not sure if the elevator was working then or not. We walked downstairs.

Cons:

The toilet was inside the shower stall which got very wet when we showered. We had never seen that before. And the elevator was not working even when there was electricity. Also there was no electricity in the evening and no water in the shower when we got back from the beach. The electricity black out was in the whole neighbourhood not just our hotel.

Location! The view!!

Cons:

The cleaner never changed our beddings. Even when I informed the hotel. She came in, turn it the other side and lay the bed without changing it. Noticed on the 3rd day and nothing changed after raising it with the reception. 6 night with same beddings is beyond dirty. Other staffs especially the kitchen were friendly and always ready to help.

Cons:

Småsak som att inte hissen fungerade och att personalen trots inrådan inte satte upp en lapp om det. Gäster väntade förgäves på en hiss som aldrig kom.

Psali jsme si pokoj s výhledem na pláž a bylo to perfektní příjezd hotelu byl teda dramatický ale parkování bylo přímo před hotelem takže všecko v pořádku snídaně skvělá ubytování také

Cons:

Jediné co bysme vytkli bylo že byly hrozně měkké matrace a když se jeden z páru otočil tak druhý byl taky vzhůru a bylo to jak vodní postel takže nás ráno docela i bolely záda byli jsme nevyspání takže jediné je zvolit tvrdší matrace

Initially it looks neat and modern, but staying there, we could see no maintenance gets done !!

Emplacement de l’hôtel ideal mais nous avons trouvé le peuple peu accueillant et le personnel de l’hôtel pas professionn
Pros:

L’emplacement est le point fort sur la corniche avec sa plage privé, et le service de ménage elles sont adorable souriante et efficace

Cons:

Le personnel au restaurant aucun sourire aucun bonjour aucun professionnalisme, la serveuse le serveur fument en plein service dans la salle de repas , ne débarrasse pas la table alors qu’on attends une place . Aucun effort pour parler anglais . Nous avons l’impression de les déranger , cigarette à la mains dans la salle du petit dej comportement peu respectueux envers les touristes ( moqueries et rigolades entre eux quand on demande une chose ou qu’ils ne comprennent pas )
La suite c’est plus une grande chambres ,les rideaux arrachés déchirés pas de notice pour le jacuzzi pas de placard pas de couverture . Arrivée en pleine nuit pas même une petite bouteille d’eau à disposition. Aucun effort .
