Ke snidani pokud chcete kavu, musite si ji jit objednat k baru a donesou Vam papirovy kelimek s plastovym michatkem a dvema bilymi cukry. Jednou mi ji dokonce zapomneli donest. Virivka nefunguje jak ma, modre podsviceni nefunguje, bublinky nesly zapmout, tlacitka nebyla schopna ani recepcni roct jak funguje, manual nemaji. Personal nebyl tak vrely jak bych ocelavala od 4* hotelu. Plaz plna odpadku, more spinave, zakalene plne plavajocich odpadku a morske travy a chaluh. Nikdo nic neuklizi. Doprava katastrofalni, pteplnene ulice plne aut, kde porad se stoji, pravidla a predpisy neexistuji. Pozitivum zadne.

Très bon placement très propre un effort sur le petit déjeuner

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à l’hôtel Alion à Durrës. L’emplacement est vraiment magnifique, juste en face de la plage privée, avec des transats mis à disposition des clients. Petit conseil : pour profiter des meilleures places, il vaut mieux se lever tôt et déposer sa serviette.

L’hôtel est très propre, les chambres sont faites tous les jours et je tiens particulièrement à féliciter les femmes de ménage qui font un excellent travail. Un grand merci également à Laura, la serveuse, pour sa gentillesse, sa disponibilité et son écoute tout au long de notre séjour. Elle a vraiment contribué à rendre notre expérience encore plus agréable.

Le principal point qui mériterait, selon moi, d’être amélioré concerne le buffet du petit-déjeuner. Le choix reste assez limité et peu varié d’un jour à l’autre. Mais surtout, certains produits frais et laitiers, comme le beurre et les fromages, restent exposés à température ambiante, sans système permettant de maintenir leur fraîcheur. Les aliments ne sont pas toujours couverts non plus, alors qu’il peut y avoir des mouches autour du buffet. Pour un hôtel 4 étoiles, une meilleure présentation, davantage de diversité et surtout une conservation plus adaptée des produits frais seraient vraiment appréciables.

Je précise que ces remarques sont faites dans un esprit constructif et non pour critiquer l’établissement. Nous avons globalement passé un très bon séjour et l’hôtel possède de nombreux atouts. Avec quelques améliorations au niveau du buffet et du service de restauration, l’expérience serait vraiment à la hauteur des 4 étoiles.

The room size was good. Location perfect. Overall, it was ok for the sleep.

My family booked three rooms for our stay. For a 4-star hotel, we found it a bit too basic and in need of some refreshing. It's possible to survive without it BUT all three rooms were missing several standard amenities, such as bedside lamps, slippers, a toilet paper holder, bathroom kits, towel hooks in the bathroom, and coffee or tea supplies. One of the rooms didn't even have a chair.

Some of the refrigerators had a very unpleasant smell. Two of the rooms also had very small bathrooms, with the toilet and shower right next to each other, so the entire bathroom floor got wet after every shower.

The breakfast could have been served warmer, and unfortunately, the drinks at the bar were not good at all.

Didn’t meet expectations
Pros:

Property was in good location and they had a very good restaurant.

Cons:

The day we checked in, I went up to my room and my jacuzzi in the room didn’t work. I went down stairs and let them know and they came up and checked it out and came to the conclusion that it doesn’t work and is what it is. I paid extra money to have the room with jacuzzi just for it not to work and they didn’t give any money back or attempt to find another room that had a jacuzzi or one that was atleast bigger.
