Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt mit freundlichem Service und einer angenehmen Atmosphäre. Ein besonderes Highlight war
Pros:

Das Hotel war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Personal war freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war komfortabel und die Atmosphäre sehr angenehm. Ich habe mich während meines Aufenthalts sehr wohlgefühlt

Cons:

Es gab keine größeren Probleme. Alles war insgesamt sehr zufriedenstellend und angenehm.

Gute Lage, nah an ÖPNV und Autobahn. Das Frühstück war okay. Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das angeschlossene Restaurant ist gut, bei nicht ganz ausgeglichenem Preis - Leistungsverhältnis. Es war alles da für einen Wochenendtrip. Die Rolläden sind super!

Cons:

Das Zimmer und vor allem das Bad war sehr klein.

Wir hatten mit einer Gruppe von 8 Personen einen angenehmen Aufenthalt
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend.
Das Frühstück war ausreichend, und für jeden etwas dabei.
Die Zimmer waren sauber. Die Einzelzimmer waren sehr geräumig.
Der Park des Hotel ist total schön, und auch die Lage des Hotels ist prima als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge.

Cons:

Die Doppelzimmer waren sehr klein, man hatte kaum Platz, für uns war dies aber nicht so dramatisch, da wir das Hotel nur zum Schlafen und Frühstücken genutzt haben und ansonsten den ganzen Tag unterwegs waren.
Die Duschen sind auch eher klein gehalten.
Ansonsten gibt es nichts zu meckern :)

Schönes kleines Hotel am Stadtrand von Essen.
Pros:

Das freundliche Personal und schmackhafte Restaurant.

Cons:

Fernseher nicht nutzbar, da kein Empfang von ARD und ZDF.

Enttäuschend für ein alt eingesessenes Hotel.
Pros:

Die Größe des Zimmers war gut, passend zur gebuchten Kategorie. Parkplatz war kostenfrei und gut.
Verdunkelung mit elektrischen Rolläden sehr gut. Personal sehr freundlich und hilsbereit. Minibar im Zimmer.
Gastronomie: am Abend der Anreise war üppig. Jedoch die Gerichte als Hausmannskost zu bezeichnen eher kritisch zu sehen.

Cons:

Einige erhebliche Mängel wie folgt. Bad: Halter für Brauseamatur gebrochen und somit nicht benutzbar. Licht defekt, viel zu warm und nicht regelbar, Wasserstrahl im Wasserstrahl im Waschbecken spritzt in alle Richtungen. Im Zimmer: Keine Fernbedienung fürs TV. Stark verdrecke im Boden verbaute Heizung. Viel zu warm. Betten extrem weich.
Zimmerreinigung nur alle 3 Tage. Diese Wiese bei Buchung jujd Checkin jedoch nicht kommuniziert.
Gastronomie: obwohl für Samstag Kaffee & Kuchen ausgewiesen ist, war kein Einlass weil wohl geschlossene Gesellschaft.

Wir buchen nicht noch einmal
Pros:

Die Lage war zentral für unsere Veranstaltung und mit dem Navi leicht zu finden.

Cons:

Leider gab es viele Dinge die nicht so toll waren. Im Badezimmer waren leider einige Stellen die dringend erneuert werden müssen. Außerdem hat sich an einigen Stellen die Tapete gelöst und müsste erneuert werden. Das Bett (Doppelbett) war leider nicht miteinander verbunden und ist in der Mitte auseinandergegangen.

Lit confortable, chambre au rez-de-chaussée vers le jardin.

Cons:

J'aurais aimé avoir de quoi pour pouvoir me faire un café. Il y avait une machine (Senseo, je crois) mais pas de pads de café.
