Für unsere Zwecke war Lage und Komfort ausschlaggebend und erfüllte hier unsere Erwartungen.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels im Grünen und trotzdem zentrumsnah ist gut. Selbst mit dem Fahrrad ist man von dort im Ruhrradwegeverkehrsnetz.

Cons:

Für eine Verdunkelungsmöglichkeit sind die Fenstervorhänge leider zu schmal. Die Dusche im Bad ist zwar gut, verlangt aber körperliche Geschicklichkeit und dürfte für gewichtigere Personen nicht geeignet sein.

Spotlessly clean and comfortable with excellent restaurant!!
Pros:

The room was very clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. I stayed here for a business trip and had a very good experience. Great value for money, and the restaurant was unexpectedly excellent—the food was absolutely delicious. There was also plenty of free parking and a beautiful garden to relax in. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay here again.

Pros:

Het personeel is ontzettend aardig. Het inchecken verliep soepel.
De kamer is echt prima voor de prijs die je betaald.
Het ontbijt was ook gewoon goed voor de prijs die je betaald. ;)
Sommige reviews die ik lees, dan denk ik echt; Gerda's, als je volop luxe wilt hebben dan moet je even wat meer centjes neerleggen en lekker ergens anders heen gaan!

In de avond hebben wij nog even wat gedronken bij het restaurantje, was ook lekker knus en lief personeel.

Wij zijn tevreden over ons verblijf. (1 nacht)

Cons:

Het enige minpuntje, iets dat ik ook terug zie komen in de reviews, is de warmte. Buiten was het 29 graden geweest en in de kamer was het ook echt wel warm. (Begane grond).

Wij dachten ook, huh wat een kleine gordijnen, die bedekken het hele raam niet. Maarrr de volgende ochtend kwamen we erachter dat de knoppen op de muur ook voor een rolluik was. Foutje van ons om dit niet even goed te testen.

En als tip voor de wat zwaardere personen. De douche in onze kamer was echt mega smal/klein. Iets op rekening mee te houden!

Cons:

Unfortunately, there was a lot of confusion regarding the pet fee. We booked this hotel because Booking.com stated that pets stay free of charge. At check-in we were told the fee would be €5 per dog, but at check-out we were charged €10 per dog. Later, the hotel informed us that the actual standard fee is €15 per dog and that the information on Booking.com had been incorrect. While we appreciate that they apologized, the pricing was inconsistent throughout our stay, making the experience unnecessarily confusing. Travelers should verify the pet fee with the hotel before booking until all information is updated.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in Borbeck
Pros:

Einzelzimmer im Dachgeschoss geräumig und mit Klimaanlage. Bett bequem. Nachts ruhig.
Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut!
Ich konnte auch mein Fahrrad im Gartenhaus sicher abstellen.
Das Restaurant hat ein qualitativ gutes Essen.

Cons:

Leider keine Minibar im Zimmer.

Pésima experiencia

Lamentablemente, tuvimos la mala suerte de llegar el sábado pasado donde hubo récord de temperaturas. Esto ya se sabía que iba a haber tal calor, sin embargo a pesar de ser un hotel de 4 estrellas y no de los baratos de la zona la habitación no tenía ni aire acondicionado ni un mísero ventilador. Si la administración sabia que iba a haber ese nivel de calor..minimo un ventilador de 20 euros!!!! Terrible la experiencia, no puedo dar un buen comentario al respecto. Cero empatia fue una noche horrible.

No es posible pagar 100 euros aprox , ya que pagamos al siguiente día un desayuno por 15 euros cada uno, que no cuenten de verdad con una opción para disminuir el calor pronosticado!!!!.. muy mal. Al darme cuenta que nuestra habitación no tenía aire acondicionado el personal solo se encogió de hombros,claro no es su culpa, en fin..no vuelvo ni recomiendo este hotel.
