the apartment was clean and the aircon was brilliant. the shower in the main bathroom has an elongated tray but no door making the bathroom liable to flood. the dining room is abit crazy with similar food every night and not enough breakfast bowls!!!! the pools are lovely and the location is great if you like beaches

Les équipements du logement ne sont pas modernes mais simples et propres, et confortable.

We have just returned from a week in a 3 Bedroomed apartment at Seth Mestral & Llebeig in Santo Tomas. We have had the most fantastic week. The apartment was very spacious, very clean and the air conditioning was amazing. We had a lovely big balcony and a very well equipped kitchen, I literally could not fault the apartment for 2 adults a 13 year old and 15 year old.

The swimming pools are great, there are 2 so if one is busy you can go to the other. The reception and cleaning staff are very helpful and always friendly. We enjoyed mini-golf and playing padel (my husband had a lesson one morning). We hired paddelboards from Mario at Navegando, which is just along the street, that was great fun in the calm sea water.

The restaurant food is good but at the busiest times there are not enough tables inside. In the evening it is table service for drinks and its quite difficult to get a drink. These are really my only complaints at all about the hotel/accommodation.

Santo Tomas is a gorgeous place, we absolutely love it. The beach is beautiful and the water is so clear. There are fish everywhere and so the snorkelling is excellent. There are so many nice local restaurants to choose from, Es Pins was our particular favourite and ate there twice in the week we were there. The sunsets each night are spectacular. We have had a fantastic, relaxed and fun week at Seth Mestral & Llebeig in Santo Tomas and are already planning our return trip.

We have had a fantastic and unforgettable week at Seth Mestral & Llebeig.
This was our first visit as a family of four (two adults, a 5-year-old and a 2-year-old), and we honestly couldn’t speak more highly of the experience. We stayed on a half-board basis, and the food was excellent throughout the week. There was plenty of variety every day, with something to suit everyone, and our kids enjoyed every meal, which made things so much easier.

The staff throughout the hotel were exceptional. Everyone, from the cleaning and maintenance teams to the restaurant and bar staff, was friendly, welcoming and always happy to help.

The real highlight for us, however, was the kids’ club team. The girls there were absolutely amazing. Our children adored them from day one. Whether it was the poolside activities, the kids’ club itself, or the evening entertainment and face painting, they made our children feel so special and genuinely helped make our holiday unforgettable. They are a real credit to the hotel, and we can’t thank them enough.

We’ll definitely be returning and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Seth Mestral & Llebeig to other families looking for a relaxing, child-friendly holiday with outstanding staff.

Fantastic family resort that ticked so many boxes.
Beautiful quiet location close to the beach, which is stunning. Excellently maintained and very clean. The cleaning staff were very professional and pleasant. The food was delicious and there was a great variety. The dessert station was brilliant and the kids loved the ice cream and chocolate fountain. The restaurant staff went above and beyond to be engaging in conversation and my kids loved them. The drinks were lovely, bar staff friendly and priced around the same as UK prices. The pool area is great and my children loved the splash pool. The staff are all helpful and friendly. The kids club is fantastic and the mini disco and daily face painting was a bit hit with my children. The girls that run the kids club are a credit to the resort and made our stay so enjoyable.

There is a bus stop nearby and bus 71 takes you to Mahon which is a lovely day out. There are also a few shops, restaurants and pizza takeout near the bus stop. I found the food in the supermarket nearby very expensive with prices much higher than UK.

Few tips for those going to arrive which I wish I knew beforehand . There are quite a few hidden cost extras.

Bring your own beach towel there is a charge of €15 per towel and you get €10 back. You have to pay €1 every time you want to change your towel. The cost of a cot is an additional €62 for a week. I have never had to pay for a travel cot whilst staying at a resort on holiday usually this is included therefore I was not happy about this hidden cost. City tax which is standard for most European places now €28 for the week. At breakfast a member of staff in the restaurant told me I was not allowed to refill my child’s water bottle (with filtered water from the machine) which I found a little frustrating given that my children are not old enough to drink from the glasses provided. I think there should be some consideration of that or else provide toddler cups that young children can use.

Overall it was a fantastic stay and I would highly highly recommend this immaculate hotel for a relaxing friendly family break away.

Perfect for a family holiday. We stayed for 6 nights in a 2 bed apartment, 4 adults and 1 baby, there was ample room. The main pool was excellent, not too busy and always a sunbed available (nobody reserved them which was a relief). Breakfast options were very good with fresh fruit, pastries and cooked options. Shops just a few minutes walk away for essentials.
