Très belle hôtel.

Cons:

De ne pas avoir accès à la piscine pendant 1 jours de ne pas pouvoir aller le long de la river car événement privé.
J’aurai aimé être prévenu lors de la réservation.
Ce n’est pas digne d’un palace.
Je suis déçu et je ne sais pas si je retournerai dans un 4 seasons.

Cons:

The pool is very poorly located if you enjoy the sun. There is only sun from 10:00 to 12:00, and this applies to just 10 loungers, which get taken very quickly. So you constantly feel rushed to finish breakfast and hurry to secure a lounger and a bit of sun.

We checked in on my birthday, but there was no champagne in the room. We stayed here for 7 nights and then spent another 7 nights at the Mandarin. The Four Seasons is very beautiful and modern, but the level of service at the Mandarin is simply not comparable and doesn’t even come close. You can only truly understand this if you’ve stayed there yourself.

At breakfast, for example, they asked for our room number every day and then told us that breakfast was not included. We would explain that it was, after which they would apologize. This happened multiple days in a row.

We did have a nice stay, but the service is just average, what you get everywhere in Bangkok. They don’t do anything personal or any extra touches.
