Não confiável fazer reservas neste site.
Pros:

Não houve estadia. O dono da pousada informou que estava lotada e não havia nenhuma reserva em meu nome. Mostrei a ele o numero da reserva no hoteis.com e ele disse que não recebeu nenhuma informação do hoteis.com, nem sabia que a pousada já estava cadastrada no hoteis.com. Ficamos na rua em uma cidade desconhecida. Não confiável reservar hospedagem neste site.
