Cons:

Showers were not cleaned prior to check in as there was vomit on the floor which had dried. Suggesting its been there a while.

This is the only thing that was unclean.

Good location, quiet, and stylish.
Pros:

Well organized and efficient.
The staff maintain a good balance between being friendly and giving guests their space.
Excellent location.

Cons:

It was a hassle to go back and forth between the room and the locker room/shower room. This is because, although there are two elevators, they are often busy, so it's not easy to get one right away, especially during check-in and check-out times.

外国人スタッフをはじめ若い方達が親切に対応してくれたのが良かった。
Pros:

シャワールームが広くてタオル類が良いものを使っていた。備え付けのソープ・シャンプー・コンディショナーも良いものを使っていて、シャワーに関しても水圧も十分以上あるのでとても良い。館内も清潔だし10階のロビーもコンセントが十分あり満足したが、館内の照明がほとんど間接ライトでロッカー室が暗くて荷物の整理がしづらい。あと手荷物もカプセルに持ち込みを禁じられていたのがかなり困ってしまった。
フロント横のコーヒーコーナーはあのグリッチコーヒーなので美味しいのだけど、800円〜4000円もするスペシャリティコーヒーまであったが、正直ホテルのコーヒーにそこまでのクオリティを求めていないので、もう少しリーズナブルな数種類だけに絞っても良いのでは？8〜10種類の豆が用意してあるみたいでした。

Cons:

館内のロッカー室がほぼ間接照明のような暗さで、荷物整理がやりにくかった。
カードキー裏のQRコードが小さいせいなのか、扉の読み取り機の精度の問題なのかキーの作動がシブかった。

Pros:

名古屋駅からとても近い、周りにコンビニや飲食店も多くてとにかく立地が良い。

Cons:

連泊でも11-15は外にいなきゃいけなかったので梅雨時大変でした。

Great experience!
Pros:

Location and convenience of an hotel with all amenities for a short stay while travelling light. The coffee was great and the hotel design very cool.

Cons:

Not really eco friendly options when everything gets replaced and changed every day.
