Excellent hotel, lovely pool
Pros:

Lovely beautiful property, pool is amazing and big!! We had lunch by the pool which was very reasonably priced, breakfast also good sat by the pool.

Cons:

No hairdryer in the room & tried to phone reception but the phone in the room didn’t work.

Great place near the beach and excellent value for money
Pros:

Place was perfect for what we needed, we book-ended our trip here after flying in and before flying out. Staff are absolutely lovely, breakfast by the pool and the surrounding gardens are beautiful too. Very close to the beach which is a bonus. We stayed in different rooms both nights, both were big and suited us well. Great value for money. Would recommend and will be back if stopping in Sanur again :)

Cons:

Bathrooms leave a bit to be desired, but for the price it didn't bother us at all.

Good enough for bali and the price
Pros:

Location, 3 minutes to beach, restaurants, supermarket. Icon mall 20 minute walk or $4 grab
Plenty of restaurants, warungs, shopping all close by
Small supermarket 2 minute walk where we got most of our supplies. 1.5L water 70 cents instead of $1.50 along the beach
Pool area and dining good
For couples, stay in the rooms closest to the pool, they are newer
Food was good
Included breakfast good, small simple portions, but not amazing like a buffet breakfast.
Lunch and dinners are well priced and a good serve
Friendly staff

Cons:

The rooms are dated. The bathrooms are very old and need updating. They are falling apart
We moved twice because of the bathroom condition and smell.
The first room had a terrible small in bathroom, the mirror was cracked and rusted. The basin was cracked.
The showers are all bath type with a shower head coming from the taps
Linen and towels are hit and miss, some ok, some old with stains.

Problems with air conditioner. This was immediately attended to but not properly fixed.
Shower & toilet floor & walls were washed but not really clean.

La ubicación muy bien y el personal amable.

Cons:

Muy sucio, venían a limpiar y no se que hacían a parte de la cama. Abajo de la cama creo que nunca se pasó un trapo. La internet fatal. Y lo peor que había chinches en la cama, me picaron todo el cuerpo , eso es una plaga muy peligrosa . No volveríamos
