Perfect location, helpful staff and beautiful surrounding gardens
Pros:

Lovely and clean, beautiful garden, pool was great. Really close to the beach and sea front with lovely local restaurants

Cons:

We booked 2 rooms and one bathroom was fine but the other had a strong drain smell. The WiFi was intermittent but it didn’t soil our stay.

Great place to stay always. Staff make it wonderful! It’s our go-to when in Sanur
Pros:

Location , quietness, staff are fabulous.

Cons:

Safety maintenance on paths around pool/ dining area/ junior suite rooms and entrance path . All need a good scrub and Guerney. Very slippery in wet weather. When I mentioned problem it was addressed straight away but only for a 1/2 an hour if guerneying! Hope this will be on their maintenance- to-do list

OK location
Pros:

Location was great, not far from the beach or main street. Comfortable bed.

Cons:

Slime on the steps in the pool. Small step in bathroom (2cm) banged my toes a few times. The decor is very dated, tiling in bathroom needs a good scrub, noisy and dirty fridge. Only way to fill the bath was by using the shower attachment.
