Wifi was hassle always having to rejoin
Breakfast was simple but nice. Location perfect. Staff friendly. Lovely pool.
The cleaning of the bathroom and toilet could better. All needs a good scrub into corners grout and all the edges. Everything just seems to be cleaned around these areas. Not clean enough for me.
Location, resolution of leaving early was completed easily
The garden room I had was not in good repair paint falling off the ceiling in the bathroom, damp walls with paint and plaster falling off as well. The Room was not fit for purpose

La chambre était scandaleuse (sale, vieille, de la moisissure aux murs et au plafond, une « salle de bain » ignoble, un petit déjeuner degueulasse, …) et le tout pour 85€ la nuit … un scandale !
The location is perfect. Tucked away on a side street in a quiet area. The pool area is wonderful. Beautifully maintained grass and gardens.
The rooms are getting dated especially the bathroom and sink in my unit. Breakfast is limited and I'm not sure if it is understaffed but it could take a while to take your order. Scrambled eggs are always cold unfortunately pre cooked.
I have had cheaper accommodation that is on par or better but I do recommend if you want a quiet close to the beach place

La propreté de l’hôtel. Canapé taché. Les serviettes propres étaient pleine de taches. La douche était sale. L’une de nos chambres santé le moisi. Personnel en roue libre. Petit déjeuner pas assez copieux
Good location, rooms were big, breakfast was nice, staff were fantastic. Close to some good local beach restaurants. Very comfy beds. More suited for adults wanting to relax.
A bit far away from more central Sanur. Bathrooms were a bit dirty
Great pool
The rooms were spacious and had a comfortable bed. Shower was great, however room had some obvious signs of ageing although didn't impact on comfort. Close to beach and plenty of shops and cafe's around. Icon bali mall was a comfort 1.5km walk along the beach front on a path.
Swimming pool was also good
Nice staff, great garden and pool. The food and breakfast is pretty good. The bed was comfy. The location is good and relatively quiet.
My room often smelled of septic tank. There was mold in the walls and bathroom. the shower was over a bath and there was no shower curtain so a shower meant a wet toilet and floor. There were not enough power points and the few they had were not other plug friendly. The internet dropped out every time I closed a device meaning that I had to log back in all the time. This was my 3rd stay at Segara Agung, I loved my first stay except for the shortage of power points, the second stay was marred by the septic smell but I thought they would fix it, I don't believe that much,if any, maintenance has been carried out on their older rooms since my first visit.
