I regretted booking the hotel from Booking.com
Pros:

I am not satisfied with my experience at this hotel. The staff were unwelcoming and unhelpful toward me and my family. Despite my request, they were unable to provide rooms that were close to each other and instead suggested that my children stay downstairs while the parents stayed upstairs, which was not acceptable to us.

Additionally, the hotel increased the room rate, and we were required to pay more than the amount confirmed on Booking.com.

The room itself was damp and uncomfortable at night, with water leaking throughout the night. The walls were dirty, old, and stained from previous water damage.

Cons:

This hotel should not be listed on Booking.com. The internal condition of the room assigned to my family and me was unacceptable. The walls were dirty and poorly maintained, and the room was not clean. In addition, the staff were unfriendly and unprofessional, especially on the first day of our stay.

Absolute nightmare

Secured location and in-house restaurant

Cons:

The room was very dirty , bed spread and duvet unwashed, towels provided are very dirty, dirts on walls , cockroaches in toilet and mosquitoes in rooms. I had to report at the reception to spray the room, you use bucket to shower omg! It needs a closing down.

Noisy Room Next to The Generator House
Pros:

The location is central with few minutes to ikeja airport and Allen Avenue

Cons:

The front desk staff was very rude and cheated on converting $ =₦. The ground floor room allocated to me was next to the generator room. I went over 18 hours on a particular day with the deafening noise from the generator. I couldn't sleep all night. It's that bad. I requested to be moved, but I was told there's any room left except I'll have to pay more, that was true though. Ordinary, that room shouldn't have been for guest. The room was so tiny, I could barely move my legs in the toilet that's as small as airplane toilet. Overall, it's a shabby facility. I wished booking.com allows video upload to support my claim.
