Le service est de très mauvaise qualité. Même si le personnel est gentil et accueillant, il y a un grand manque de professionnalisme. Malgré mes relances je n'ai pas pu obtenir une facture globale de mon séjour car le réceptionniste, qui jouait au solitaire sur son ordinateur, a remis ça au dernier moment et évidemment l'imprimante ne marchait pas quand j'ai dû partir. On m'a demandé de payer plus chère ma chambre car la promotion dont j'ai bénéficié lors de ma réservation n'était soi disant plus d'actualité, on a remis plusieurs fois ma parole en doute, etc.
De plus la propreté n'est pas irréprochable (il y avait un rat dans le "salon" du bar de l'hôtel).
