It was a roof over our heads for the night.

The Air conditioner.

Cons:

Upon arrival we were 3 hours after checkin and the room wasn't ready, staff scramble to clean the room make the beds, there were cockroaches jumping around in the kitchen. Staff were rude.

The property wouldn't charge my card via booking.com which meant when we arrived we couldn't pay for the room and we had to get our friends to pay for us. The staff were rude to our friends and hosts that were very accomodating to them as our hosts/friends are locals in government positions.

Although if we didn't arrive they would have then charged my card to take the full amount.
They asked for a full room cost as a Deposit. When we were seeking our deposit upon checkout staff were rude and would not pay the deposit back to the card used by our friends or mine they paid us back in cash which meant fees for us to exchange the money back once we left the country.
The staff did not care and were very abrupt.

Pros:

Établissement bien situé pour tout déplacement. Vue extérieur pas très beau à voir. Établissement dont le ménage est fait tous les jours mais trop de cafards, peut-être dû à la saleté de douala. Pas de service voiture entre la résidence et l aéroport ni de taxi surtout quand vous avez un vol à 6h du matin, utiliser l application YANGO pour vos déplacements entre 23h et 7h du matin .
