Excellent location near restaurants, churches and Palermo's attractions. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Complementary sparkling wine available in the lobby until about 7:30pm. Very good buffet breakfast. Comfortable beds. Walk-in shower was a bit dark but had excellent water pressure and lots of hot water. Large living room with a good size dining table. We did not eat at the restaurant.

The location is truly top, cannot be better!
We had to leave back home 10 minutes before the start of breakfast (and our meal plan for all 3 days included breakfast) and I asked at the reception the evening before whether they could organize for us to have a cup of coffee before departure, but that was denied.
