Pasear por el centro histórico de Palermo
Pros:

La ubicación excepcional, en pleno paseo peatonal. Un palazzo antiguo muy bonito, el personal muy atento, excelente desayuno.

Das Hotel ist praktisch das Zentrum, wir hatten ein Zimmer in den Innenhof. Dies würde ich wieder so wählen, denn es ist nachts absolut still.

Pałacowy wystrój, ale hotel czasy świetności ma za sobą. Łazienka całkowicie do remontu. Niczego nie brak, ale ta jakość do tej ceny.

Wohnen in einer anderen Epoche.
Pros:

Das Horel ist einzigartig, die MARMORBÖDEN, DIE Kristallleuchter, die einzigartig schönen Antiquitäten, liebevoll angeordnet. So ein Palazzo als Hotel mit allen Annehmlichkeiten findet man nirgens sonst.
Das Frühstückspersol ist sehr freundlich, aufmmerksam und das Frühstücksbuffet reichlich mit frischem Gemüse , Obst, sehr gutes Brot.
Sehr gut war das alles.
Vielen Dank an die netten Damen am Empfang. So aufmerksam. Auch die Herren, da war alles hoch professionell.
Nicht zu vergessen der nie versiegende Nachschub des Prosecco. Im Empfangsraum.
Ein Glas draußen vor dem Hotel ,auf der Sitzecke unter grünen Pflanzen, nach einer Sightseeingtour am Spätnachmittag zu genießen war eine großzügige Geste des Hotels.
Vielen Dank.

Well located, excellent breakfast
Pros:

Excellent location 50 metres from the Quattro Canti. The hotel is in a lovely old building so expect some quirks!
The pastries at the buffet breakfast are delicious and you fill your own cannoli.

Cons:

The rooms are well insulated from the outside/street noise however they're not that well sound proofed from your neighbours.

Kommentaare lugedes olid need seinast-seina, ülistavatest negatiivseteni ning seetõttu mul peale suurepärase asukoha erilisi ootusi ei olnud. Saabudes võttis reseptsioonilauas vastu väga, sõbralik, heatujuline ning abivalmist tütarlaps. Suur aitäh temale. Tuba (401) oli piisavalt avar, väga puhas, korralikult sisustatud ning suurepärase vaatega vanalinnale ning katedraalile. Toas oli ka külmkapp mis suureks abiks. Dušširuum avar ja ilus. Voodid mugavad, internet kiire, tuba puhas ning vaikne. Hommikusöök oli maitsev ning mitmekesine, piisavalt salatit, erinevaid kohalikke liha-ja piimatooteid ning küpsetisi. Hommikusöögilaua personal heatujuline ning abivalmis. Ühisruumid vanale paleele kohaselt hämmastavalt kaunid, nagu muuseumis. Asukoht muidugi super, kõik oluline jalutuskäigu kaugusel - vaatamisväärsused, söögikohad, lennujaama bussi peatus. Supermarket Familia ca. 10-15 minuti kaugusel. Suurepärane , puhas, ilus ja sõbralik hotell väga heas asukohas. Jäime oma peatumisega (3 ööd) väga rahule. Aitäh!
