Wir kommen wieder 😁
Pros:

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal da , es liegt auf dem Weg nach Süden und ist als perfekte Übernachtung Pause. Ich mag die Zimmer, leider haben wir Comfort gebucht und Standard bekommen, und bei nah ganz unten ,ob wohl ich immer obere Stockwerke buche . Na ja , beim auschecken mit ganz nette Fr. Sabine alles geklärt und wir kommen wieder 🥰

Bisschen schief gegangen mit dem Zimmer, sonst alles ok

Keine Möglichkeit Tee Kaffee im Zimmer zuzubereiten, Dusche hat Schimmel an den Rändern, Dusch Thermostat sehr schwergaenig!
Weg zur Straßenbahn 10min zu Fuss entfernt.

Das war nix!
Cons:

Obwohl Zimmer vorher erfolgreich gebucht (über 120 €), war Vor-Ort kein Zimmer mehr frei. Der Mitarbeiter der Hotelrezeption (bestenfalls eine Aushilfskraft) schicke mich noch auf ein Zimmer, dass belegt war durch einen anderen Gast, was ziemlich peinlich war. Hatte dann ein sehr kleines Notfallzimmer als Ersatz bekommen, jedoch keine Ermäßigung. Unter dem Bett lagen noch einige Dinge von den Vorgängern.
Das Essen beim Frühstück ist ok, aber verbesserungsfähig (nur preiswerte Supermarkt-Qualität, was das Essen anbelangt).
Das Hotel wirkt nicht besonders ansprechend vor-Ort hinsichtlich Einrichtung und Gepflegtheit.
Das Hotel hat bei Booking.com 4 Sterne, was definitiv nicht in Ordnung ist. Bestenfalls sind es 3 Sterne!

Das Frühstück war toll, auch das Persolnal beim Frühstück war sehr nett. Für das Frühstück eine glatte 1.

Cons:

Der Fahrstuhl war defekt. Es war niemand da der angeboten hat, das Gepäck auf´s Zimmer zu bringen.
Das Zimmer sollte im 5. Stock sein. Auf Nachfrage war ein Tausch in den 3. Stock möglich.
Es gab im Zimmer eine Kaffeemaschine aber keine Kaffeekapseln.
Das Mobiliar entsprach nicht einem 4- Sterne-Hotel

Fiquei hospedada no quinto piso, durante 7 noites, e tinha que pedir que ligassem o elevador, pois era desligado propositadamente. A mensagem que consta é que o mesmo se encontra avariado e que o técnico já foi alertado.
Chegaram a dizer-me que o elevador era só para bagagem. Continuei a insistir e, sempre que chegava ao hotel, ao final dia, tinha de pedir que ligassem o sistema, para eu subir ao quinto piso. Dois dos rececionistas eram bastante simpáticos e de imediato atendiam ao meu pedido. Os outros não. Faziam-no claramente de má vontade.

Ingenting, rummet var smutsigt, jätte varmt och ingen ac

Personalen var fruktansvärt otrevlig när vi frågade var frukosten var och även när vi checkade ut. Kommer varna mina anhöriga att INTE komma hit, en av dom sämsta hotellen jag varit på. Väldigt smutsigt dessutom

Frokosten var variert og bra. Hyggelig personale. Bra service i baren😊

Cons:

Akkurat når vi var der så var heisen i ustand. Litt kjedelig å gå trapper til toppetasjen med bagasje.... men hadde sikkert godt av det 😄
