Nice people, good location
Clean and right at the center of Saigon

Right in the centre of town but done an alley so remarkably quiet. Great base, very comfortable and friendly service. Free washing machine which were a bonus. Would happily recommend staying here.
Really like this stay, bed, bathroom, kitchen area were very clean and maintained. and even the lady at the front desk was really sweet , over all we didn't face any problem at the stay. Would highly recommend this place for all travellers and its even budget friendly
There is nothing I didn't like, everything was really good
There was no breakfast provided in the hotel itself, however there were many local food spots nearby that you can go to. The receptionist was really friendly and even provided us information on where to go.
There was nothing that I didn't like. Coming from someone who is very nitpicky on cleanliness, this place met my satisfaction.

The room is exactly like the pictures.
Lots of facilities can be used and everything is perfectly clean.
The AC is working very well and the bed is big and nice to sleep.
There are free bottles of water and clean towels everyday.
There is a lift, so no worry for luggages and for elderly parents.
The house owner is extremely nice and helpful.
The house is on a small road, extremely calm, even if the main street is very noisy and busy.
We would definitely come back.
Nothing really.
Except the fire alarm in the middle of the night because someone on the other floor smokes or cooks, which prevents us from sleeping but the problem is solved very quickly.
So it means the house is very safe :)
The room was spacey, the location and the hotel in generel were great. Everything was very clean and I loved it there. Sad that I couldn't stay longer.
The hotel is also quite small, what I also like. I can recommend if you prefer being close to center and still calm environment.
Maybe having some more plates available would be nice.
Super easy to check in late. Tam is amazing and had great communication. Location is perfect, very central but is down an ally way so is nice and quiet at night. Would highly recommend.
