Located in the city center

Cons:

Unfortunately, the bathroom did not meet the cleanliness and maintenance standards we expected for a hotel of this category. As visible in the attached photos, the issues are not limited to cleanliness but relate to significant wear and tear, including rust, stains, and deteriorated fixtures. These are long-term issues that cannot be resolved through standard cleaning. We felt genuinely uncomfortable using the shower. In fact, we had to use shower caps on our feet while showering, out of concern for potential fungal or hygiene-related issues. This is clearly not an acceptable situation and significantly affected our comfort and sense of safety during our stay. We were told they didn't have any other rooms available and that all they could do was a cleaning and offered us breakfast, but we didn't trust the conditions enough to have breakfast, so we refused. Instead, all we ask for was a late check-out, for wich we received an answer the following day.

Very large window in room with handle to high to operate propely without trying to find something to stand on.

war ok - aber auch nicht mehr ! Reception katastrophal
Pros:

Lage und allgemeines Personal sehr gut. Zimmer ok - Sauberkeit könnte besser sein. Frühstücksbuffet ist ok - Personal ist sehr nett und hilfbereit.

Cons:

Der Empfang an der Reception ist eine einzige Katastrophe. Völlig unfähiges Personal - braucht 15 Minuten um 3 Personen einzuchecken ... unfreundlich !
