Pros:

Quarto espaçoso e banheiro adequado com box e ducha. Cama e travesseiros muito confortáveis. A localização é maravilhosa, a poucos metros do Kesington Garden, perto de estação de trem e metrô. O lobby é muito agradável, com sala de leitura e bar muito charmoso. A gente se sente em casa.

Cons:

De dentro do quarto escutava um pouco o barulho do elevador.

Loved the hotel in general, comfortable, cozy, warm and great location.
Pros:

Location, view, friendly staff, bed.

Cons:

Can do better at cleaning the room more thoroughly and TV needs to be more updated and able to play apps etc

Pros:

Lage, Frühstück top, Personal sehr nett

Cons:

Zugewiesenes Zimmer extrem klein und die Fenster waren extrem verschmutzt mit Spinnenweben innen und rundherum verstaubt. Wir konnten das Zimmer aber wenigstens problemlos tauschen. Hotel war halbseitig durch ein Baugerüst und Baufolie umzäunt. Kein schöner Anblick bei der Ankunft.

Wenn man viel Unterwegs sein möchte, ist das Hotel in Ordnung.
Pros:

Mit dem Frühstück glückt der Start in den Tag. Die Lage war auch sehr gut. Der Hydepark lädt zu einer Laufrunde am Morgen ein. In der Nähe sind gute Restaurants zum Abendessen.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind sehr klein. Einen Tag waren wir im Untergeschoß ohne die geringste Aussicht untergebracht, wir konnten dann Zimmer wechseln.
