For reservations of 5 rooms or more, the hotel will charge your credit card 25% of the total booking cost at the time of booking. This amount is nonrefundable. The remaining 75% will be charged to your credit card 14 days before your arrival date.
The credit card used to make the booking must be presented upon check-in. If the booking is made by a third party, please contact the property directly to make alternative arrangements.
Cancelation Policy (Multiple Bookings):
For reservations of 5 rooms or more, cancelations made less than 28 days before arrival will result in the hotel charging your credit card the cost of the entire reservation.
Extra beds must be requested directly with the hotel when booking to ensure availability.

Lovely decor and very clean

Fantastic location, walkable to Paddington Station and Hyde park
Very small room with large step access into the bathroom (not advertised). Bar poorly staffed with the receptionist attempting to run both bar and reception. No stock in the bar and nil glasses with the staff having to “hand wash” each glass before serving you.
Friendly staff
On arrival we checked in and went to the room, the room was not the room we had booked and was not cleaned, when we went to reception we found out we had been down graded as ours it appeared had been double booked.
We went to the bar and they had no tonic we where offered sprite for the G&T ,
It is now a week in and I am still awaiting a refund for the down graded room
The rooms where very dated,
All in all I had a very poor experience
Great breakfast, lots of choice and hot breakfast cooked to order. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Room on the smaller side but what I expected. Very clean.

The hotel is in a great location and has aircon in the rooms. Breakfast was made to order and was very nice.
The room was very small, the bed was very uncomfortable and kept thinking I was gonna slip off the mattress. There was a step for getting into the bathroom that was dangerous in my opinion. There were cracked tiles and the shower head was broken and pressure not great. In fairness it was spotless but just very old and dated. In massive need of a renovation,
Location was great for a concert in Hyde park , staff were nice!
I arrived at 11am and was told check in was 2 which is fair enough I then came back at 17.30 to be told no room was ready we had a concert to get too and no room was ready until 6.30 which meant we missed our dinner with friends before the concert - this just isn’t good enough.
Very convenient for BST Hyde Park and Paddington.
Floors were a bit thin, making it noisy between rooms, but that’s not fully the property’s fault!

It was unfortunate that the view from my window was covered completely by scaffolding and made the room dark all day.

The room was filthy. Dirty hand prints on the wall. Stains on the net curtains and heavy curtains. Lampshade wash splashed with maybe foundation. Sticky dirt on the base of the bed
Breakfast and location were good though would not have paid £25. £15 at pre booked rate was almost too much.
Room was tiny, could only get around one side. Most if power sockets in room did not work. Sink was blocked did not drain.
Bar service was shocking and bar was not stocked sufficiently. Most drinks at all.
