Cancelation Policy (Multiple Bookings):
For reservations of 5 rooms or more, cancelations made less than 28 days before arrival will result in the hotel charging your credit card the cost of the entire reservation.

Hotel was good, great location. Room ok for London bed ok. Towels were fine.
The shower was awful. It just dripped and didn’t have enough height to get under it. Pity really coz the rest was fine.
Great location. Staff were excellent, the breakfast staff particularly. Room very comfortable. Overall, good service and good stay.
Roadworks going on outside were a worry as it was right in front of the hotel and barriers were everywhere. Not the hotels fault though.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel a Londra per alcuni giorni e l’esperienza è stata complessivamente molto positiva. La posizione è davvero comoda, ben collegata con i mezzi pubblici e perfetta per visitare le principali attrazioni della città. L’hotel si trova vicino alla stazione metro di Lancaster Gate e nei dintorni si trovano market aperti 24 ore su 24, oltre a diversi ristoranti e pub, molto comodi soprattutto la sera. La camera era pulita e accogliente. Avevamo prenotato solo il giorno precedente e la prima notte la stanza era piccola, come spesso capita in molti hotel londinesi, ma il giorno successivo lo staff si è dimostrato molto disponibile e ci ha spostato in una camera più grande e tra l’altro in una stanza adiacente ai nostri ragazzi, come inizialmente richiesto, per permetterci di essere più vicini, dimostrando grande attenzione verso le esigenze degli ospiti. La colazione internazionale con cucina è stata davvero eccezionale, molto varia, con prodotti di qualità e diverse opzioni sia dolci che salate. Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche la disponibilità dell’hotel l’ultimo giorno: hanno custodito le nostre valigie dopo il check-out permettendoci di visitare la città liberamente prima della partenza. Nel complesso lo consiglio a chi cerca una sistemazione comoda, accogliente e con un servizio attento. Se tornerò a Londra lo prenderò sicuramente in considerazione di nuovo.
Unico piccolo inconveniente: nella seconda stanza la cassetta del WC perdeva leggermente acqua e lo scaldasalviette non funzionava, ma nel complesso non ha compromesso il soggiorno.
Lovely clean hotel in good location with helpful staff
My room was small and the 'bedside' table was at the bottom of the bed. Nowhere to set my phone, book or water.
