The location was a plus and it was pretty quiet and the ACs were great and so was the bed. Amazing space
Construction was happening. It was on the main road to the balcony overlooked the store that was pretty busy at night and the online staff wasn’t very friendly.

A broom to sweep the beach sand up would have been nice.
Very nice and big comfortable suite ! Right in the middle of action of Punta zicatela but everything closes at 11:00pm so no noise overnight. Staff very fiendly and safe area . We’ll definitely stay there again .
This apartment is fantastic if you're looking for a stylish and well-equipped place in the heart of the action. The kitchen is great for cooking, the dining table is perfect for meals or work, and the terrace is an absolute highlight—ideal for enjoying a drink before heading out. The bed and linens are top-notch, and having two bathrooms is a big plus.
That said, this is not the place for light sleepers—you're in the middle of the hottest neighborhood, surrounded by bars and restaurants, so expect noise all night. But if you're here to enjoy the nightlife, you’ll be able to catch up on sleep between 11 AM and 3 PM, right when the temperature peaks. Perfect for those who want to experience the city's energy without sacrificing comfort!
The location is convenient. The apartment is fine. It’s fairly clean and has all you may need for your stay.
Some things do not work and there’s not hot water all of the time and very low pressure. At night can be extremely noise so bring ear plugs. Beside that, everything was okay. However, I want to share my personal experience. During my last day the cleaning lady let the next tenants into my room without me having check out yet. I come into my suite to get ready to leave and I find strangers hanging out there among my belongings and my space. It was really unprofessional, disrespectful, infuriating. And the staff didn’t even apologize. Invasion of privacy and no respect to me as a guest - why would the staff check them in the first place?

I wish I had read the reviews of this place before booking. So many people have been cheated and robbed by these people.
We had NO water many days …. The AC flooded the apartment DAMAGING my personal things and the owner did not even say sorry …. Zero accountability …. She would not even talk about compensating the damage.
Construction 360 degrees around and the apartments so dusty and hot ! Loud and noisy from 6 30 am in the morning !!
The manager and owner are the WORST people I’ve met in Puerto - in Mexico and possibly the world .
GREEDY - only want your money and DONT want to help.
They don’t provide what they advertise and the apartment is in bad condition !
No water was given and even for 100$ usd a night they couldn’t provide a BIG water and prefer to give small bottles making so much waste for the environment !
No HOT water and NO Water even - twice during our stay !

En general excelente, desde la llegada hasta la salida, la persona con la que tuve contacto todo el tiempo se mostró muy atenta y servicial, siempre buscando resolver, fue fácil acceder e incluso pude hacerlo un par de horas antes del check-in, pude ver esa flexibilidad. La habitación excelente, con el tamaño ideal y muy cómoda, la cama muy cómoda también.
Situated across from an inventively noisy construction project, this is the perfect location if you want to throw the party of your life. Sadly the property doesn’t allow you to have guests so never mind. If you can get past the constant power outages, the air con unit cosplaying as a waterfall requiring you to pad the floor with makeshift buckets and towels, the shower/toilet/sink that refuses to allow water to drain or the surprise screws sticking out of balcony floorboards, you’re in for a treat. Lovely coffee shop downstairs. Friendly locals.

It is impossible to sleep in the apartment.
It is like you do not have any windows, you get all the noise from the street from 5am to 2am, so get only 3 hours of sleep normal, and the rest of the time you can’t sleep.
