Airport Hotel Hanoi Convenient & Friendly

We didn't get the free breakfast that was promised. The front desk was sleeping in the lobby.

To be honest, I was very pleasantly surprised. Mr Henry was very attentive from the moment I booked. He confirmed my reservation and kept in contact to ensure everything was smooth sailing. He offers one way transportation for free which was nice, although being so close to the airport a Grab wouldn’t have been much anyway. He had his driver pick us up within minutes of informing him we were ready. I read several reviews that mentioned the hotel was difficult to find, so being picked up worked great because we didn’t have to worry about that. Mr Henry and his driver were very attentive and helpful. Check in was a breeze. The room we stayed in was very nice. It looked like it’s been recently renovated, it was clean, the ac worked great, the bathroom was very nice. Only thing I would suggest is add a couple more towels and a bath rug, because there’s a little splashing from the shower. The room was cozy but overall it was perfect. We only stayed one night to catch an intl flight the following morning. Would absolutely stay there again.

So, we booked this hotel for a stopover, however, without being advised of such and not realising until the following morning (we arrived very late) we had actually been taken to a different hotel so this is the one I’m reviewing! We had arranged a taxi to collect us to take us to our next destination and it was while waiting I suddenly realised that it was in fact not where we were supposed to be! Spoke to the guy at the hotel who explained that we couldn’t stay at the hotel we had booked so were taken there, he was very helpful though in that he contacted our driver to get him to collect us, albeit an exchange on the freeway!

Convenient distance to airport. Stayed for one night.
Power sockets are very loose and rooms are not renovated.

I book with expedia before and it got worth .last time they promis refund never got .this time same story pic on web was completely different. The place very unpleasant dirty smell and big disappoint .next i work with another company

Cant find the hotel is under renovation your phone is not working cant find the hotel i rent grab and taxi drop me same place hotel undeŕ renovation.

The hotel was difficult to find and the neighborhood was not easy to find restaurants nor bars, but the staff were great and very helpful.

Only 3km from the airport for a reasonable price

I stayed at this location before flying out of Hanoi. The room was clean, the AC was cold, and the staff was very friendly. The next time I am there, I’ll be back!

This hotek does not exist .It is a building siteI contacted Hotels.com yesterday to tell you this with photo but the complaint got back to me with .I would like a refund.

Very convenient for early morning flight. responsive host and included taxi to airport made this a hassle free stay

I really liked the location. A very busy intersection and fun to watch all the scooters. Cool area to walk.

The room was spacious. The location was not easy to find. Took two taxi drivers but still ended up with the wrong hotel.

I had a super early flight so decided to stay close to the airport on my final day - this place was great for that purpose. The staff was friendly and helpful. He set everything up for my 5 am car pick up to the airport. The room was spacious and clean. There was a lot of noise coming from outside so if you are light sleeper like me, you may have some issues with sleeping - music, cars, chickens, etc. It's a good place to stay if you need to be close to the airport but wouldn't recommend it as your main stay during your trip - not a lot going on in the surrounding area.

You refused to allow me to check in. Even though I showed you my booking confirmation and they agreed in was the right hotel. Whoever I dealt with last night couldn’t speak any English besides telling saying “no booking, no booking” while waving his finger in my face. I believe your hotel is a scam. Instead of trying to help me, you had a group of your friends in the lobby, laughing at me because I was struggling to communicate even through translator. I would not recommend your hotel to anybody. I filed a claim against you to Expedia and to my credit card company. THIS HOTEL IS A SCAM!! I was rufused check in even after showing him my booking confirmation and using a translator app. DO NOT STAY HERE! You might show up and they wouldn’t check you in or help you.. they’ll just scream at you “no booking no booking!!”

I arranged an airport pick up with the hotel, which they confirmed but they did not show up. Called the hotel and needed a helpful local at the airport to translate. Hotel said "get a taxi". Wasted 90 minutes

It is a very small hotel near the airport. Good for people who are looking for a night stay outside the airport to catch a flight the next day.
