Excellent place to stay at, staff are amazing and helpful, rooms tidy and clean

Les personnes qui travaillent dans l’hôtel était très sympa et notre chambre était très bon. Le petit déjeuner était délicieux et il y avait beaucoup de choses de manger. Il y était beaucoup de magasins et restaurants à proximité de l’hôtel.

Bra läge, vänlig personal. Det enda problemet var poolen. Det fanns ingen stege in i poolen. För en kort person som jag var väldigt svårt att komma ur poolen.

In a great location being in the centre of the tourist attractions, surrounded by good quality bars and restaurants. The staff are excellent and our room was very comfortable with a good view. The only dissapointment was that there actually is no restaurant, and the hotel details say there is and the hotel guide in the room says there is.

エントランスを出てすぐのところにセブンイレブンもあり、直ぐに食料、飲料を購入することが出来ます。
プールは小型ですが、眺めは非常にいいです！

hotel had friendly helpful staff, unfortunately the pool was under repair which was one of the mains reasons for booking, management did upgrade our room to compensate unfortunately it was a big pubic holiday and celebratory parade on our last day which meant the roads were blocked and we could not get transport any where near the hotel for our flight out which meant we needed to book a hotel close to the airport so we paid for a night we couldn't use, this was also when the pool was back in use so we didn't get to use the pool even when it was re-opened. breakfast wasn't our best and was the same everyday

This place is a rip off. I paid for a room with a city view. What they offered was a room facing a wall. No view. It was a no refund reservation. What I didn't know was that Expedia will not force it's vendor to refund the money, even when the hotel misrepresentats what it offered. So if you book any hotel via expedia you have no rights, even if they put you in the basement.

Rooms in nice decorated but the breakfast area could do an upgrade. Breakfast very basic. Nice central location

I probably rate hotels differently than most people and I say that because I spend very little time in the hotel or room!!! Location was wonderful, room worked well for me, breakfast was good, but the staff was wonderful!!! Thanks for a nice stay!!!

Very nice small hotel. Well located. Clean and friendly. Breakfast was very good. Nice view of the river from the rooftop pool. Very close to ferry port. Would stay again and recommend.

Bon emplacement permettant toutes les visites à pied. Chambre petite avec fenêtre minuscule sans vue, mais propre et confortable avec bonne literie. Petit déjeuner correct sans plus, arriver suffisamment tôt pour avoir le choix en particulier pour les fruits.

充電器のコンセントの付け方に工夫が必要でした。差し込んでも取れてしまい、ビックリしました。どこに差し込んでも外れてきてしまい一緒に行ったベトナム人の友人がなんとか差し方を工夫して付けてくれました。
ヘアアイロンも同じでした。シャワーのお湯が夜は水になってしまって寒かった。しばらくして使用した友人はお湯になったそうです。日本人としてはビックリな施設でした。部屋は綺麗にされてました。バスタブが居室にあるという不思議なつくりです。友人と2人旅ですと、使いづらく感じました。何か、仕切りがあると良いです。
