Great value and super comfortable
Pros:

We have been in Vietnam for 9 months and this was the most comfortable bed we have had. The staff are lovely. The location is great. Close to everything.

Cons:

More choices for fruit at breakfast would be welcomed.

Nice hotel with a perfect location
Pros:

The staff was exceptionally helpful and attentive. My sincere thanks to Thong, as well as Vi, for making my stay so comfortable. The location was truly excellent, with many restaurants and cafés conveniently within walking distance. The breakfast could be improved, but overall, it was still not bad.

樓下就是7-11便利店，轉角有進口超市，走路五分鐘到星巴克，如果不是很介意距離日本街區要8分鐘路程的話推薦此處。
Pros:

會住在這間主要是行政套房的浴缸讓我很滿意，深度夠加上乾溼分離，空調也夠強，智慧型電視也很新。
早餐在11樓，戶外就是比浴缸大三倍的小泳池，不要指望可以游泳但是擺拍跟泡一下是可以的。早餐樣式還不錯，在越南萬物皆漲價的環境下房價170萬以內的餐點算CP值高了

Cons:

可能是這次入住天氣不佳，太陽能熱水不夠，所以泡澡的水溫太低，感覺運氣不好浪費了這個浴缸。

Loved the room design
Pros:

We only stayed for a couple of nights but felt very comfortable here. We really liked the decoration in our room. It felt modern without being too cold or basic, and everything was nicely arranged.

Close walk to great restaurants

Cons:

You can here every room connected to yours noise level terribble
Breakfast very little choice for a 4 star more like a 2 star
Roof Top pool only had 2 uncomfortable pool lounge chairs, No Umbrella's so couldn't lounge around pool at all apart from no shaded area there no room around the pool

Comfortable stay, breakfast was good
Pros:

We had breakfast at the hotel during our stay and the food was good. The staff were friendly and the service was fine. The restaurant is an open-air space, so it felt a little warm during breakfast, especially when it was busy. It didn't really bother us though, and overall we still enjoyed the experience.

Good experience
Pros:

Location and personnel. They kept our baggage until the room was ready while we visited the city.

Cons:

The hotel has good amenities but not the room itself. Our queen bed was placed against the wall, for example.
