Good experience
Pros:

Location and personnel. They kept our baggage until the room was ready while we visited the city.

Cons:

The hotel has good amenities but not the room itself. Our queen bed was placed against the wall, for example.

Le petit déjeuner est médiocre. Nous voyageons en famille et avions demandé lors de la réservation (6 mois en avance) la possibilité d'avoir les deux chambres à proximité pour nos enfants, à notre arrivée ils nous ont demandé de payer un supplément pour cela car nous étions pas dans la même gamme de chambre. Nous avions pris les chambres deluxe qui sont à fuir. Je n'aime pas donné de mauvais commentaires mais le rapport qualité, prix, service n'est vraiment pas à la hauteur. Nous voyageons régulièrement au Vietnam et nous pouvons vraiment donné un avis par rapport aux autres hébergements. Il y a des hôtels meilleurs, aussi bien placés avec de meilleurs chambres et petits déjeuner pour moitié prix. Ne vous fiez pas aux 4 étoiles !!

Мне очень понравились люди которые управляют отелем , персонал просто отборный в своем профессионализме, всегда на посту и всегда все на месте , даже в люксовых отелях так не было , прекрасный комфортабельный номер , тихо и два шага до всех интересных мест , 7 элевен внизу очень удобен

Nice hotel, but the pool is quite small
Pros:

We enjoyed our stay and liked the hotel overall. The pool area has a great view of the city and was a nice place to relax after sightseeing. We enjoyed sitting around the pool and taking in the view. Minor downside: The only thing was that the pool itself is quite small, especially when several guests are using it at the same time.

Great location
Pros:

The location was perfect for us. We could walk to the Opera House, restaurants and shopping areas very easily. Everything felt close and convenient, especially in the evening. Really enjoyed staying here.

A very good option.
Pros:

The breakfast was great, the room was spacious and very comfortable.

Cons:

Although I had a river view it was spoilt by the blinds over the windows. I did not appreciate that.

Booking.com are accepting listings that are totally fraudulent. The details are LIES and misleading.
Pros:

Firstly. We booked two nights through Booking .com. We got there and had booked two nights but had made an error and should have booked the night before as well. This was fixed .

Cons:

The whole thing through Booking.com was a rip off ! The detail said price down from NZ$700 to NZ206. While this was the price we paid, there dearest price was actually NZ$156.00. The room was not the room we ordered which was supposed to be level 10, soundproofed. We got level 5 noisy as hell. No sleep! The noise from the other patrons and from the street was unbelievable even with earplugs in !The air conditioner was not working properly as well so we were very hot !
When asked about the room, they explained that was the best they could do!
We had got hotel because we wanted to be close to Opera House. They offered us another hotel a long way away and we declined after viewing it. We did not stay for breakfast because we could clearly see it was substandard !
We asked for a refund, or even partial refund for the two expensive nights, that were clearly falsely advertised with giant LIES, and were told this was not possible. So we left without any sleep or any refund and were very unhappy as it destroyed our lovely trip,

very poor quality of food hardly any variations of food, very poor breakfast area too.
the property is now directly next to a major hotel building site where the steel works are actually only inches away from the baCK WINDOWS OF THE BUILDING AND WORKS WERE BEING CARIIED OUT 7 WEEKS A DAY AND NIGHT ..AND WE WERE NOT INFORMED OF THIS WHEN WE BOOKED ...VERY POOR BEHAVIOUR INDEED

Pros:

They have a big, very comfortable bed, and the room is very nice. The staff are friendly too. They also have a view from the 11th floor where you can see the Saigon River.

Cons:

You can hear noise from outside and from the next room. Sometimes it really annoys me.
