Pros:

What a waste to see such a beautiful hotel in the hands of reception staff who do not seem trained for the tourism and hospitality industry.
This hotel has huge potential: the building is magnificent, the city of Berat is beautiful, and the overall setting is truly impressive.
Unfortunately, almost all the hotel facilities were closed, except for the restaurant. We had dinner there on our first night; it was decent, but not the “wow effect” expected from a hotel of this category.
We also asked to change rooms because of dust and cleanliness issues. The bathrobes should also be replaced with better-quality ones.
The hotel manager should be more involved on-site and pay attention to customer feedback, because this hotel truly has everything needed to attract many more tourists and become a top destination in the area.

Très bon hôtel malgré quelques détails à améliorer
Pros:

Un magnifique bâtiment qui se remarque de loin.
Bonne situation à l'entrée de la rue piétonne principale de la ville moderne de Berat.
La chambre était vaste, très propre et parfaitement équipée. Lit King size très confortable et belle salle de bain en marbre.
Les parties communes sont dignes d'un 5* avec une mention spéciale pour le hall d'entrée et la salle de restaurant.
Personnel de l'accueil aimable et courtois.
Tarifs très corrects pour le standing de l'établissement.

Cons:

Piscine intérieure pas accessible lors de mon passage.
Hôtel vieillissant par endroits : taches sur les fauteuils de la réception, un carreau fendu dans le restaurant, tapis rouge à l'entrée très usé et déchiré par endroits,etc
Petit déjeuner correct mais on est en droit d'attendre un peu plus de la part d'un établissement de ce standing.

Das Frühstück ist für ein 5-Sterne-Hotel wirklich sehr schmal. Es gibt weder aufgeschnittenes Obst noch Müsli (nur Cornflakes) und die Kuchenauswahl war eigentlich nicht vorhanden. Nur Toast, keine Brötchen etc….

Hôtel correct pour passer une nuit à Berat
Pros:

La localisation était bonne, la chambre spacieuse et le lit confortable.
Grand parking facile d’accès.

Cons:

L’insonorisation de la chambre n’était pas idéale car on entendait les voisins parler. Le petit déjeuner pourrait être améliorer pour la prétention de cet hôtel.
