Schönes Hotel mit guter Lage.
Pros:

Die Lage ist super. Das Hotel macht von außen einen sehr guten Eindruck.
Das Frühstück war gut.

Cons:

Bei 5 Sternen ist die Erwartung, dass jemand mit dem Gepäck hilft.
Der Pool kostet 5€ pro Person Aufpreis.

Sehr gutes Frühstück
Die Lage ist Top und alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar

Cons:

Zimmer sind bereits etwas älter aber sehr sauber.
Bei ihnen Fenster müssten wir nachhelfen damit es wieder ordentlich schließt

Location was good. Easy parking. Rooms were quite large. Pool was refreshing (for 5 Euro) after walking all day.

Pour le prix payé , ma chambre individuelle était très confortable avec une belle vue sur la vieille ville. Superbe piscine même s'il faut payer un supplément. Bonne situation car au debut de l'avenue piétonne qui mène au centre.

Cons:

Dommage que le spa soit très souvent fermè. Le personnel est parfois très froid.

MY ROOM WHICH WAS ACTUALLY A SUITE, HASN'T BEEN CLEANED UP FOR THE ENTIRE DAY EVEN IF I HAD OUT "PLEASE MY MAKE ROOM!", SO THAT S MEAN NO ATTENTION AT ALL..HAD TO PAY EXTRA FOR THE POOL WHICH WAS NOT EVEN FULL OF PEOPLE, MAYBE 6 PEOPLE IN TOTAL.. THE SPA WAS CLOSED

Great place to stay when visiting Berat

Los espacios y las vistas fueran geniales.

Cons:

Tuvimos que pagar por usar la piscina 5€ por persona y día cuando ya se paga el alojamiento (nunca habíamos visto algo así)
La TV no iba bien y solo funcionaban 4 canales y le dijimos a recepción si podíamos conectar el iPad o el teléfono para ver una película y nos comentó que lo revisaría que sin problema se podía conectar, nunca pudimos.
Pedimos un poco de leche (con coste extra) por la noche para nuestro hijo y nos dijeron que el restaurante estaba cerrado y que no era posible.
Cuando en otros hoteles nos han dado leche y más siendo 5 estrellas.
Una decepción que obviamente no podemos dejar de mencionar

Sehr schönes und außergewöhnliches Hotel in zentraler Lage
Pros:

Das Hotel war sehr schön und komfortabel ausgestattet mit einer schönen Pool-Anlage.

Die Lage war optimal, man war direkt auf dem Boulevard.

Cons:

Im Zimmer wäre ein zweiter Stuhl schön gewesen. Das Frühstück war eher 3-4 Sterne Kategorie.

Un muy buen hotel
Pros:
