Cons:

the shower area was not properly cleaned. There was visible grime and buildup on the shower controls and surrounding surfaces, indicating a lack of proper maintenance and hygiene. This made the bathroom feel unclean and unpleasant to use.

Additionally, the bed sheet provided was torn, which is completely unacceptable for guest accommodation and raises concerns about overall housekeeping standards. I also noted that the shower mat was in a similarly poor condition, appearing worn and damaged.

Lovely stay , very central for all Bath offers
Pros:

Location fantastic , close to river and short walk to station . Excellent breakfast served by very attentive staff - Sally Maisie and Daisy were all lovely

Lovely hotel, great location, will definitely come back.
Pros:

Room was nicely decorated and it was spacious. The location was great, you could walk everywhere and there were plenty restaurants around.

Cons:

On the first night the air conditioning didn’t work well so the room was really hot at night.

The location is unbeatable. Staff were all lovely. Breakfast was fab each morning.

Cons:

Not much space for your clothes, just a very small wardrobe, barely enough room for clothes for 2 people. A couple of drawers/shelves woukd make a huge difference.

The location was great. I was also a bit sick and the receptionist Fouzia helped me get my room early and abled me to get some rest and recover.

Bed uncomfortable , had basement room you could hear room above walking around early in the morning , breakfast was ok nothing special , very overpriced for what you get

Great, clean hotel in an excellent situation.
Pros:

It was close to the station and the city centre.
It was clean and spacious and the staff were polite and helpful.

Cons:

Nothing, we were very happy.and would definitely recommend and stay again.

The food was good
Staff were very pleasant For a couple and the old age grab bracket
Parking parking was an issue When we got outside the hotel there was nobody to bring our bags in. There was nobody to bring our heavy cases to our bedroom or anybody to assist us very poor for an expensive hotel.
A hotel which was very central located did not have a car park
