Fabulaous hotel perfect for a city break in Bath
Pros:

This is my second visit. we had a wonderful room at the front of the hotel, large and comfortable with a great bathroom and comfy bed.

Staff were so freindly and welcoming on arrival.

Delicious breakfast with a great choice of options.

Free bag store on the day we checked out which was greatly appreciated.

Cons:

I was travelling with a friend and a twin room would have been great but this is a minor obserevations - our stay was perfect and this will be my go to hotel for a trip to Bath in the future.

Clean & stylish hotel, with awesome staff
Pros:

Great staff - very accommodating, clean establishment, great breakfast.

Cons:

Price, but that is typical for Bath. Can be a bit noisy even with secondary glazing on a lively weekend.
Should be able to purchase food after 10pm even if it’s just sandwiches

Excellent two nights. My favourite hotel in Bath.
Pros:

I was upgraded to a wonderfully large luxury room on the first floor with a huge bed, tv, bathroom. It was warm, quiet and comfortable. The hotel is so central and surrounded by excellent restaurants, monuments, galleries and close to the railway station.

Pros:

location, comfortable bed/bedding, shower, staff on the whole

Cons:

front of building and reception area scruffy, first impression very poor, overwhelming smell of synthetic/cheap air freshener, decoration sloppy, not what I expect for the price. would not stay again

A comfy bedroom in the heart of beautiful Bath
Pros:

Lovely friendly staff, very helpful. Rooms were sophisticated and spacious. Great for a city break with a dog!

Cons:

The beautiful old building is not perhaps the friendliest internally for anyone with mobility issues.
