Bedroom was a little smaller than expected and frosted glass wall on the bathroom meant there was limited privacy
The room was spacious and close to all attractions.
Breakfast was ok but had to wait for coffee.

Took an hour to get a coffee at breakfast and had to chase multiple times to get it despite tables arriving after is getting coffee in good time
Nice decor, good central location
Staff at bar very slow to acknowledge we were stood there & serve and looked stressed . Lots of dirty glasses on bar. Asked for one of their cocktails they had run out at 2.30pm . Room ok but not worth £270 a night. Big crack in bathroom sink. Breakfast was slow to serve again staff looked stressed and rushed. Had to remind them to bring our coffee. Very poor selection of food out to have not 4* level at all

No lift and lots of stairs with heavy luggage. Unfortunately, someone had been smoking in the room though no smoking room.

The hotel was central to the centre of Bath. Very comfortable room. It was large enough and the bathroom was a good size. It had a full size bath plus a bit separate shower cubicle.
We had very good service from Rayha in the restaurant. Very patient and not rushing us to order. Very attentive

Breakfast was good but minor suggestions for improvement. Cooked breakfast was excellent, would have preferred improved fruit selection and more cold milk available.
We visited the afternoon tea and it was super! We were greeted with such warmth and the tea and scones were soooo good. Our host was was Sita or a similar name and she was something extra.
Attentive, caring, professional and efficient staff; beautiful architecture outside and lovely interior design details throughout; updated rooms with all the modern conveniences; amazingly comfortable bed; generously sized bathroom; everything was spotless; hearty and tasty breakfast (à la carte or from the buffet, as you wish); and a great location bang in the historic core of the city, near to the Roman baths, the Cathedral, historic residential crescents, and first-rate restaurants. LOVED THIS HOTEL.
Everything was 4-star/5-star. NO DISLIKES AT ALL!
