Good value
Pros:

Breakfast was great, good value for money. Welcoming staff

Cons:

Small rooms but very normal for Japan as a whole. The vouchers for breakfast were confusing at first as we didn’t realise they were dated for a specific date. Some staff were more particular about the correct voucher being used than others. So would advise to use the correct dated one to avoid confusion with staff 😊

Very good value for money. We had a long stay and it was surprisingly good.
Pros:

The location is great, you are between two major subway lines and can get to Kyoto in an hour, Namba in 20 minutes. The hotel is new and well designed, ventilation and climate control works great. Upper floor rooms have good city view, but the street is a bit noisy, which is fine because windows have good soundproofing. The room is a bit bigger than similar in APA, so that's nice. We didn't hear our neighbors even once.

Cons:

Sometimes there is a wait for elevator, there are just two for 17 floors. There isn't much space for luggage. The lights in the rooms are not well thought of, you can't switch them from the door, just the bed side.

Will definitely be choosing this hotel over and over again!
Pros:

The location was great, near Lawson, Subway and Parks. Its is clean, modernized and had drop off areas. Breakfast is first class and please booked it with breakfast- must try every menu every day.
The amenities were by the elevator which can pick them up before heading to your room. Love the room and bathroom, quite spacious that we thought and had window to look out. Staff were friendly and supportive including very welcoming. The bed is to die for to sleep again. Last is love the kids amenities set! Such warm welcome!

Cons:

Wish we could have water in every room or at least each floor so we dont have to come downstairs

有機會會再次住宿。
Pros:

1. 早餐多樣選擇，有大阪特色食物，每天還會有一些菜色變化，值得推薦。
2. 浴缸很大，有提供洗澡椅，一樓還有提供泡澡粉，每天晚上回飯店一定會泡澡減輕疲勞。
3. 室內空間足夠攤平30吋行李箱。
4. 有提供按摩器。
5. 可以在北濱地鐵站搭乘京版電車到京都。
6. 飯店旁邊有lawson，附近還有全家。
7. 離住宿最近的北濱地鐵站出口是3號，但3號出口是樓梯。更推薦4號和6號出口。4號出口有手扶梯且鄰近出口處有一家FRESCO超市，超市營業到晚上11點(google資訊)，很推薦去那邊採購水和食物。但是有大件行李的人要去機場時，推薦6號出口，6號有電梯(在某家飯店門口旁)，搭下去後在換乘站內電梯即可抵達地鐵月台。

Cons:

1. 冰箱馬達會有一點聲音，但是把冰箱溫度調高後聲音會減弱很多。
2. 電梯只有2台，尖峰時間等待時間有點久。
3. 沒有提供瓶裝水，雖然大廳有小型飲水機，但是看到其它旅客的使用方式，還是自己買水最安心。

満足度の高いホテル
Pros:

お部屋おまかせタイプで予約したら、期待以上のお部屋を用意してくれました。バストイレ別のセパレートタイプで、ベッドの幅も十分な広さでした。

Cons:

インバウンド客が多いので、ロビーでゆっくり過ごすには向いてないかも。

Pros:

安っぽくなく、オシャレでイケてるホテル。カップルでも喜ばれそう。ただし、客は外人だらけ。

Cons:

朝食が、ホテルのグレードにしては高い。ま、近所にいくらでもカフェやコンビニがあるので困らないが。
