Cuando un hotel supera las expectativas. Habitaciones amplias, todo muy limpio, amenities de muy buena calidad, baño comodisimo con excelente ducha, desayuno bien completo y rico, estacionamiento espaciosos, pero por lejos lo mejor la atención del personal desde la recepcion hasta el personal del comedor, todos con un trato excepcional. Muy grata experiencia en este hotel.

Cons:

La verdad no es tema del hotel, esta cercano a la calle Valparaíso y hoy por hoy el centro esta muy decaído, ni sombra de lo que era, por años veranee en Viña Del Mar y era una maravilla, lamentablemente el ambiente alrededor ha cambiado muchísimo. Salimos a caminar pero al volver nos dio miedo y tomamos un ubber, despues del estallido nada fue lo mismo en este sector, suciedad, pobreza y delincuencia, es una pena pero asi me ha parecido. Eso escapa al hotel.
Como recomendación si les sugiero poner agua embotellada en las habitaciones, no nos percatamos que el frigobar estaba vacio, y bueno salir a comprar de noche por el sector no lo recomiendo. Solo eso.

Se entiende que las vistas del piso 3 no son buenas pero mi habitación miraba a un techo. Lo que pueden mejorar es el desayuno, lo encontré que cumple pero no es expectacular

Que ni siquiera hubiera un agua de cortesía, te ni café con un hervidor, el dormitorio muy simple y antiguo y el personal masculino de la recepción muy atento ni siquiera levantan la cara para saludar no así la niña que atiende

Me encantó quedarme aquí, la gente muy amable, preocupada en todo momento, el desayuno impecable, mucha variedad de cosa

Me encantaron las instalaciones, el hotel es muy cómodo y acogedor! El personal demasiado amable y atento a cada requerimiento.

Cons:

Podría tener un poco de aislamiento de ruido dentro del mismo hotel, ya que el ruido del pasillo podría molestar (para potenciar aún más el descanso)
