Good place to spend a few days.
Pros:

Nice big room, comfy bed, clean, friendly staff, good breakfast buffet, well located close to the centre of Viña del Mar.

Cons:

The room was on the third floor overlooking the street, a bit noisy but still slept OK. There was no kettle and no tea / coffee in the room so it didn't feel like home - on the other hand I am told that is normal in Chile so can't really complain.

No es que no me haya gustado pero si es raro ver la ducha al lado de la puerta de salida, lo que si agradezco es que tenia puerta la ducha por lo general ninguna tiene

Es un hotel antiguo, pero las instalaciones estan muy bien.
Estive en una habitación con cama matrimonial.
La misma se encontraba muy limpia, la cama amplia, muy.cómoda,
El baño muy bien, el agua salía ok y el mismo se encontraba muy limpio.
El desayuno era muy variado para comer habia desde tostadas, cosas dulces, salchicha, huevo, verduras, yoghurt, frutas.

Pros:

Todo increíble, la comodidad de la cama, el desayuno buffet, incluso tuve un problema con el check out pues tuve un retraso en mi hora médica, y fueron flexibles con la situación y no me hicieron cargos por el tiempo extra que estuve después del horario. Definitivamente el mejor lugar para alojarse en Viña del Mar.

Tranquilidad .
Pros:

Me gustó porque la habitación que reservé tenía dos camas y eran muy grandes así que para 4 personas dos adultos y dos niños me fue súper bien .

Cons:

No me gustó que como está en el centro había igual bastante ruido pero si estás para el lado de la calle me imagino , y un poco pobre el desayuno .
