Buena, cumple objetivo y producto ofrecido.
Pros:

Desayuno bueno, abundante y repetitivo.
Ubicación, excelente, pleno centro de Concepción
Baño confortable.
Limpieza y presentación de habitación y espacios, impecable.
Calefacción excelente

Cons:

Que no hubiera servicio de cafetería de cortesía, al menos en Invierno, podrían considerarlo. Y de esta forma no tener que pagar $1.500.- por un sobre de café. ( No me parece )

Location, comfortability, amenities, clean. This hotel is a good place to spend the night or a weekend.

Cons:

The room has no frigobar; the building has no washing room (dirty cloth you have to keep it an wash it somewhere else). The entrance to the parking area is excessively steep and narrow. To exit, you need to gain momentum; otherwise, the vehicle will not be able to make it up the slope. Caution is advised for large vehicles and/or those with engines smaller than 1200cc.

Lo simple, es un hotel que esta cerca de todo

Cons:

La interferencia de la TV con otras habitaciones, me tuvieron que cambiar de habitación ya que el huésped de al lado, hacia interferencia su contenido con mi TV, lo otro las habitaciones no cuentan con cafetera.
