L’hôtel m’a fait payer l’IVA alors que je ne suis pas résident chilien. Ça n’est pas digne d’un Hôtel 4 étoiles. Et ça gâche notre séjour. Nous ne réserverons plus ici.

Buen hotel, podría haber sido mejor
Pros:

Es cómoda y amplia la habitación. La mantiene bien limpia. El desayuno es bueno, no tiene variedad, pero esta bueno. El estacionamiento es pésimo, esta muy complicado al salir porque tiene una gran pendiente y es estrecho. Lo demás todo ok.

Estacionamiento. Tiene mucha pendiente, considerando además lo estrecho para subir y/o bajar

La ubicación, el desayuno. Todo limpio y cómodo

Cons:

Las personas de recepción no fueron muy amables. No dieron mayor información cuando llegamos respecto al uso, por ejemplo, de la tarjeta para la encender la luz o el uso de las dependencias, casi no saludaban. De las personas que vi durante la estadia solo una fue amable
