Food items are expensive and the mattress quality is very bad. Very soft which makes my back pain more.

Access is a bit crazy ... too many lifts to manage.

Dinner, paneer was synthetic, they gave half plate of salad and charge 300 rs for that, even rooms were not as standard, as they charged, evenore comfortable rooms was available at same property but in another hotel at very low rate, at the end they looted us, if tourist gone their and not paying less than they asked for, he expected full value of his money, it's totally bad experienced taht we have in this property

Would come back again.
Pros:

Stayed at a family suite, very spacious and decent hygiene. All toiletries provided. Great for children. Enjoyed our stay overall. Lots of restaurants nearby and the main attractions are all within walking distance. Totally away from traffic so it feels safe to walk around.

Cons:

Only drawback is there are many stairs to take up from the main Shimla big lift to the rooms and carrying luggage over can be challenging. However, there are many people providing paid services on the upper level of the lift to bring up your suitcases to the hotel reception for around 100 to 200 Rs., but I’m not sure if that’s for one piece suitcase or overall.

Overall experience was amazing.. If I visit Shimla again, I would love to book it again!

The hotel location is excellent.. Food is amazing.. Everything was neat and clean.. Staff is also friendly and good!

Cons:

Room amenities should also include slippers, mini bar, iron , safe box inside wardrobe ..which are normally provided by most of the hotels.

Ok but getting in process miserable. Will not repeat Sterling Kegacy
Pros:

The hotel does not provide any staff for luggage pickup. We have to pay porter exhorbitan charges for every 2 piece of luggage. Also if we have to accompany the luggage they charge extra. Again this is all Govt charging the tourists. Also there are no proper lifts and I as senior citizen had to climb 7 floors as Sterling Legacy was on 7th floor. Later another hotel allowed me use of their lift

However Sterling Legacy house keeping was very good. Particularly Preetam was excellent.

Good experience sterling lagacy shimlashimla
Pros:

I recently stayed at a hotel in Shimla and had a very pleasant experience overall. The location was excellent, offering beautiful views of the hills and easy access to the Mall Road, which made sightseeing and shopping very convenient. The room was well maintained, clean, and cozy, with comfortable bedding and all the basic amenities provided. The balcony view in particular was a highlight, as it allowed us to enjoy the fresh mountain air and scenic surroundings.

The staff was polite, attentive, and always ready to help. They ensured a smooth check-in process and were quick to respond to any requests. Housekeeping kept the room tidy every day, which added to the comfort of the stay. The food served at the in-house restaurant was tasty, with both local and standard options available. Breakfast had a good variety, though a few more choices could make it even better.

One small area of improvement would be the Wi-Fi connectivity, which was inconsistent at times. However, considering the overall warmth of the service, the peaceful environment, and the value for money, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a visit to Shimla. Amazing Experience...
Pros:

Great experience...! Service was top notch, location is very beautiful with hill view. It is located near to every famous spot like Church, market, The mall, Jakhu temple, etc.

Staff was very helpful especially Satpal, Ehsas, Vikrant & Rahul.

Will definitely rebook in future for sure.
