It was by far the most relaxing vacation. A lot of it was because of the location. No long walks to get to the beach

Location great, nicely stocked - could be cleaner.
Pros:

We loved the location and all beach stuff that was included. Chairs, umbrellas, beach toys (didn't use) boogie boards, towels, etc. Kitchen was nicely stocked with almost everything you will need. Only thing missing is a cockpot.
But we loved the kitchen.
Does not have an an automatic ice maker but does have ice trays.
Check in was easy and we enjoyed the our time there. Just please clean better.

Cons:

So when we got there my wife went to pull out the sofa sleeper to use and was very disgusted. Food, crumbs, sand, dirt and even a dirty sock found in the bed and underneath.
I then check the master bed and found lots of dirty and stuff underneath. Kind of gross.
We had to clean under all the beds and sofa. Other then the disgusting sofa and beds the overall cleanliness was pretty good.
But I didn't feel right with all the dirt and junk hidden underneath the beds a sofa.

The other thing was the pool you see in the pictures is not their pool. It's kind of misleading because the pool you see is a beautiful pool deck and hot tub right off the patio. We booked this place because of the pool location. Unfortunately the condo pool is completely on the other side. The pool there is smaller but still nice.
Overall it wasn't a deal breaker but should be well known before booking.

A great 2 weeks.
Pros:

Location good for restaurants, shopping, etc. disappointing not on the beach pool location.
Wonderful bath towels & so glad to have beach towels.

Cons:

Mattresses in double bed room are bad especially one on bed to the left( after you enter room. )NO instructions to use TVs . Never did figure out any way to use tv in double bed bedroom.

owner was available and very responsive to our questions,excellent customer service.

Cons:

could have been cleaner, very hard to find good housekeepers,} question the 200$ cleaning fee.
