Luxir Hotel

Es war schön, mitten im Taksim. In der Umgebung konnte gut Essen und es waren viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Nur im Zimmer hatten paar Sachen gefehlt.
Der Föhn im Bad hat nicht funktioniert. Habe einen Ersatzföhn bekommen aber wenn man Föhn und den Kühlschrank gleichzeitig benutzt hat, haben die Sicherung verrückt gespielt. Ich wollte einen Zimmer für zwei Personen aber das Zimmer war ein Zimmer für eine Person.

This hotel is a complete scam. The breakfast staff were very rude and don’t care at all and make no effort to help. The room was filthy, nothing like the photos they advertise. The WHILE sofa were covered in stains, and the overall condition was disgusting. Charging over €100 a night for this dump is outrageous. There is absolutely no way it deserves the high review score shown online – the ratings must be faked or manipulated. Stay away from this place at all costs.

Tte same goes for the rooftop, it is nothing like the pictures, it has only a couple of filthy chair and full of birdshit and other dirt, it has bot been cared for at all.

Small hotel very well located in Takim. The bathroom was very tiny but had everything needed. Personel was very nice although some workers only spoke Turkish. Everything that wasn't as great ad expected was surpased by the great location

Respectful staff, good location near Esteghlal Street. The elevator was too small, it was for just 1 person!

Everything it was average

The employees were all amazing. I went to them with many questions, and all were answered. They provided me with great recommendations for food. I was always greeted with a smile every time I saw them. Great stay overall!

A good staying staff was very friendly also room size was great

Beklentimin üstünde...

Calisanlar cok iyi insanlar ve her konuda yardimci oluyorlar. Hotel tam Beyoglunda konum güzel. Odalar biraz eskimis temizlikte daha iyi olabilir.
Konaklamak icin ama gayet iyi. Geceleri Disconun sesleri geliyor ama yorgunluktan zaten hemen uyuyor insan.

Hotel was vies en stonk naar riool. Dweilen deden ze niet vloer was heel vies. Personeel aan de balie was vriendelijk. Personeel die het ontbijt klaar zette was heel onaardig en zeker niet klant vriendelijk. Hij gooit met borden wordt boos als wij eten en wij moesten zelf om bestek en mokken vragen omdat deze niet worden aangevuld.

Front desk staff are great as are the breakfast staff. The small refrigerator didn’t work in either room we looked at. Nice that the large fridge in their kitchen was offered but it’s 5 floors away. Great location! Loud club music nearby made it very difficult to sleep. Not their fault but just be aware.

We stayed for one night as part of our transit flight.
The staff specially receptionist was super helpful with check-in and out and helped us with booking for airport transfer with much better rate and a fixed price.
Overall very clean and well maintained. Nice variety and options for breakfast and we quite liked the basement dining area that has view and access to the street.
Access to the lobby is only via few stairs but staff help the guests with their luggage.

Hôtel pas très propre, il y avait des cheveux sur le lit, les toilettes et l'évier étaient humides et sentaient mauvais, la douche ne fonctionnait pas bien. Les chambres étaient petites et peu pratiques, il n'y avait pas d'isolation, les rideaux étaient sales

The hotel location is great, the staff were friendly, they have a nice and good breakfast.
There was a problem with the small refrigerator, it has mold, the ac didn’t work when I wanted.

Worth the price

My stay at this hotel was by far the worst experience of my life. The hotel was filthy and located in one of the worst parts of Istiklal, right next to a loud club. Even at 4-5 a.m., the noise was so loud it felt like I was inside the club. To make matters worse, the receptionist didn’t speak English, making communication extremely difficult.

One night, I had two guests, and we went to the lobby. I asked the receptionist if we could get two teas, and he brought us tea bags without mentioning that there would be a charge. The next day, I met with some other friends in the lobby and asked for tea again. To my shock, the receptionist told my guests that he wanted to add the payment for that tea to the previous night’s bill! I was horrified—not because they wanted to charge me, but because of how rude and unprofessional it was to say that in front of my guests.

When I confronted him, I pointed out that he hadn't mentioned any charge the first night, and now he was bringing it up in front of my guests, making the situation extremely awkward. In the end, he charged me 200 Turkish lira, with each tea costing 20 lira plus a service fee. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. It was an absolutely terrible experience, and if I could give it 0 stars, I would.
