Com certeza é um dos, se não for o melhor hotel de Itajaí
Pros:

Atendimento muito bom, ainda mais eu vindo de várias viagens e acabei parando em Itajaí de última hora sem programação de hospedagem. Fui positivamente surpreendida por tudo que o hotel oferece, uma pena não ter conseguido chegar antes. Ótimo quarto com excelente espaço, silencioso e limpo. Café da manhã espetacular.

Cons:

Ter ficado pouco tempo. Eu já realizei um evento em outro momento no Mercure Itajaí, mas nao tinha me hospedado. Me hospedei de última hora de uma viagem vindo de Curitiba e indo para Florianópolis, mas por conta do cansaço e de ser muito tarde por ter vindo de outras viagens anteriores, resolvi para em Itajaí.

limpeza do apartamento e banheiro, fiquei uma semana e não tem limpeza só básico!!toalhas ruins , fina demais e encardidas e pequenas!!

房间设备超差.床上用品质量差的无法接受.浴巾.毛巾旧的像擦地布.根本无法使用.而且房间里没有免费的咖啡和水.
