The location is good. Close to everything.

Cons:

The place smelled like an ashtray. Seriously bad. The facilities are run down. The bed was not comfortable. Pokey little room.

We really appreciated the outstanding service of your receptionist Dinda. We came to swim a special crossing of the continent. Once Dinda became aware of a scam by an Indonesian citizen re boat hire, she went far above and beyond to assist us in obtaining 2 separate services to cross the continent longitude. Her resilience was awesome we are very grateful. "Terima Kasih"

Cons:

The smoke free room was great but when you turned off the air con, you could smell smoke coming into the bedroom
It was really great to have potable water on each floor that you could fill water bottles from. However, they were empty on the Fri and had not been replaced by the time we left on the Monday.

Alfi and Mimi's Two day Vacation.
Pros:

The reception at the entrance was somewhat beyond our expectations, the reception general staff were so helpful when assistance is needed.

We really enjoyed our stay there, and we hope to come back next time and also we highly recommend those wanting to spend vacations, Fox hotel is a must go to place where comfort meets expectations 🙏💯

Pros:

Great location and clean hotel facilities. The rooms were great including the food and service. Unfortunately I was put to a smokers room due to limited room availablity for non smokers. Better for non smokers to be at a non smokers level for a comfortable stay.

Pros:

I would like to share my experience with Fox Hotel Jayapura, all the hospitality are excellent.. I like the hotel, the lobby, comfortable room, great views. The swimming pool facility and breakfast are great.. But it might get crowded during high season.
