Hotel parfaitement situé pour notre dernière étape, confort, proximité gare Umeda et commerces
Pros:

Etablissement très bien situé à proximité de la gare d'Umeda avec également la desserte par navette pour l'aéroport international.
Chambre bien équipée et grande ... pour le Japon
Personnel efficace et bien organisé pour nous renseigner.
Dernière étape de notre voyage dans un quartier très animé pour faire les derniers achats de souvenirs.

Mériterai un petit rafraichissement au niveau moquette

泊まった部屋の日当たりは良くはないので
電気がないと暗いです

Pros:

Gorgeous hotel. Love the art deco styling. Rooms were well designed and had everything we needed. Staff were fantastic. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome - including the kids.

Cons:

A bit noisy outside but to be expected for a central city hotel.

Very kind staffs and excellent localization
Pros:

We stayed there for 4 nights and I found it was so far the best hotel of my trip in Japan. We stayed in 4 different cities and 4 different hotels, this one were excellent.
The rooms are quite good, not big, but suitable for a Tourist needs, bed were good, localization is amazing. There is a underground way that conects the Hotel to the Subway/Train Stations wich helps on rainy/sunny days and with luggage. It’s near of konbinis + all the known big stores of Japan (Yodobashi, Don Quijote, Nintendo/Pokemon Store, Uniqlo/Muji/Gu, 7-eleven/Lawson…) and at last but not least the ppl from the Hotel were pretty much friendly with us. All the workers (since the recepcionists to cleaning guy) put lots of effort to Help us with anything we needed! Different from other hotels, they really tried to understand us, explain Everything in English and always tried to be very friendly and patient when we did’t understand them. Generally, people in Japan are polite, but don’t put lots of efforts to welcome foreigners (and that’s ok until some point) but this guys were very kind.

Cons:

The only problem is that the Wi-Fi from the rooms was not the best, the signal wasn’t 100% good, but nothing that cause too much trouble for us.

離JR站有點距離，但熟悉梅田地區後，就可以少走冤枉路。房間電視可以看很多平台影音，掃QR CODE單次登錄，關電視後就登出。其中一台電梯可到B1，連接7-75地下通道往各車站去。離唐吉訶德(24hr)很近，走路3分鐘就到，是一個很方便到各百

周遭很熱鬧，吃的東西很多、百貨也很多間，飯店樓下旁邊就有7-11
