Nossa estadia foi curta pois íamos para um casamento na cidade, então não usamos toda a estrutura do hotel.
O atendimento prestado foi ótimo, as instalações também são boas mas o café da manhã tem poucas opções e nem todas estavam boas.

Quarto MINÚSCULO de 16 metros pra casa e uma filha de 13. Inadequado… esse tamanho máximo 1 casal. Ficamos nos trombando…
Pior: pagamos 100 reais mais caro que outra família que reservou quarto bem maior 30 metros, só que em outra plataforma…

Às 6h30 da manhã de domingo a camareira começou a limpar o quarto vizinho, gerando muito barulho e incômodo. Minha esposa se levantou e foi até a camareira, reclamou, e em resposta a camareira respondeu: estou apenas fazendo o meu trabalho, sem qualquer tipo de empatia. O problema, geral no hotel, está na GERÊNCIA dos recursos humanos!!! Além disso, o hotel cobra 8,80 em uma garrafa de água de 300ml. Algo desrespeitoso, extorsivo! Em resumo, não me hospedarei neste hotel outra vez.

Pros:

Hotel bem localizado e tem uma estrutura boa. Precisa urgentemente fazer a atualização dos itens de uso. Colchão barulhento, toalhas muito velhas, roupa de cama velha e amarelada, televisão velha, com ruído e com poucos canais.

Pros:

Foi ótima a estadia no hotel e com certeza voltaria a hospedar. A localização, dependendo das pretensões, não é boa, haja vista a falta de opções de restaurantes, quando se está a pé. Mas no geral muito bom.
