Sehr gut
Pros:

Schöne Anlage mit Pool gutem Frühstück und nettes Personal. Die Lage ist auch sehr zentral um Sachen zu machen

Cons:

Pool hat für soviel Gäste nur 8oder 9 liegen plus eine Muschel. Die morgens als schon belegt wurden und somit den ganzen Tag nie was frei war vielleicht sollte man da eine Regel einführen das wenn die Leute nicht da sind das man keine liegen frei halten darf

An unexpected gem.
Pros:

The room was very comfortable, breakfast was amazing, pool is a good size, receptionist was friendly and inviting.

Cons:

The staff were great but the barman on the roof bar didn't seem friendly. The pool was nice but not a lot of sun gets to it, after 12 it's full of shade.

Looks luxurious but doesn’t feel like it
Pros:

It’s a nice looking hotel with very friendly staff

Cons:

The mold smell everywhere, we came expecting a really nice hotel based on the reviews and the pictures, it was shocking to discover on our floor the smell of mold in the corridors and in the rooms, it made us really nervous and the smell sticks on to your clothes even after leaving, overall it gave a feeling of a cheap place that looks really luxurious.

Pros:

What we liked right from the start was the staff — especially the security guards and the men who gave us the bicycles. They were not trying to please us in a fake way; they were simply helping us sincerely and warmly.

When we checked in, we were offered drinks, and we were also given a free room upgrade — many thanks for that!

Cons:

The staff were intrusive. When we were checking out, they were practically begging us to give them a 10, which makes me think that most of the other reviews here were written under pressure. The biggest downside was that we did not feel comfortable or cozy here. We did not feel like returning to this hotel. It is rather gloomy and does not have the Hoi An vibe, even though we have stayed in many cheaper places that were much better and made us want to come back.

Great value for money!
Pros:

The room was comfortable and clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of western and Asian foods and fresh salads and fruits and juices. For the price it was very good value! I didn’t have time to try out the pool but it looked nice.

Nothing of note, perhaps the shower changed in temperature a little.
