W pokoju szum lejącej się wody , nikt nie sprząta pokoju, personel nie pomaga i niechętnie kontaktuje

Samochodem 7-10 min od centrum , blisko sklepy spożywcze,bardzo blisko Budynek Magistratu

Cons:

Lokalizacja hotelu jest dobra, jednak na tym niestety kończą się plusy. Personel nie był pomocny – przy zgłaszaniu jakichkolwiek problemów brakowało reakcji i zaangażowania.

Drzwi do pokoju nie zamykały się prawidłowo, a w środku unosił się bardzo nieprzyjemny zapach kanalizacji. Dodatkowo obok trwa budowa, co powoduje hałas w ciągu dnia, ale jeszcze większym problemem był dźwięk kapiącej wody przez całą noc, przez co trudno było normalnie spać. Łóżko było duże, ale niezbyt wygodne.

Łazienka pozostawiała wiele do życzenia – suszarka nie działała, a po jej wymianie przy włączaniu mrugało światło. Otrzymaliśmy 4 ręczniki, z czego 2 były już mocno zużyte. Przez 3 dni nikt nie sprzątał pokoju ani nie zabierał śmieci. Po zgłoszeniu tego na recepcji zostaliśmy poinformowani, że w danym momencie nikt nie może posprzątać.

Personel niestety niechętnie odpowiada na pytania i nie wykazuje chęci pomocy. Jedzenie również było słabe – bardzo mały wybór i niska jakość.

Ogólnie pobyt oceniam negatywnie i nie polecam tego hotelu.

Scam hotel.
Pros:

Absolutely nothing.

Cons:

The hotel confirmed my reservation, and then one hour before check in told me they were cancelling it because the price of booked online was too low. If I wanted to stay with them I’d have to pay more.
