Queremos voltar, pois amamos
Pros:

O lugar é muito lindo. A decoração é linda. O ambiente fica agradável e aconchegante. O café da manhã é uma delícia. Fica bem perto da Baía, então fácil para sair pra uma caminhada com a vista mais linda da vida.
Fizemos um upgrade de quarto, pois o que escolhemos inicialmente era pequeno, mas o nome do quarto já dizia isso. Mas apesar de pequeno o espaço era muito bem aproveitado.
O restaurante que existe no local serve uma pizza muito gostosa. O que ajyda muito já que não existem muitas opções de restaurantes próximos.
Amy da recepção é uma graça e muito prestativa e eficiente, nos ajudou em tudo que precisamos. Desde agendar passeios, nossa volta pra Hanoi e ainda arrumava táxis de preços melhores que o grab. Muito obrigado à Amy.

Cons:

A única coisa que me fez falta foi uma toalha para colocar no chão para sair do banho.

El hotel es muy bonito y las instalaconses modernas y limpias. La cama muy comoda. Desayuno a la carta muy rico. Zona tranquila alejada de los cruceros. Personal amable nos ayudaron con todo.

Cons:

Nada , todo estaba bien. Lo unico a tener en cuenta que el hotel esta alejado de la zona de halong.
