Pros:

Lobby and restaurant, Pizza and Pasta is good!
Female person welcome and check in for us on arrival very nice!

Cons:

Dard decor, black elevator, dark corridor, sensor light make environment gloomy!
Room is dark as well, couldn’t sleep well so we shorten ourstay and we did pay 2 nights instead of 1 night. I understand I booked via Booking. Com so I paid for 2 nights reserved, unfortunately the next day they put me as No show guest, which is not true.
The guy (skinny) check out for us on 15 July was not friendly, not hospitality and not nice at all. The rest of other staffs are nice!

Pros:

Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet und alles ist sauber. Das Personal ist auch sehr freundlich!

Cons:

Die Matratzen(Zimmer mit Stockbett) waren ein wenig unbequem aber schon ok. Die Lage könnte besser sein aber man kann alles gut mit nen Grab erreichen.

旅館很美，員工都很nice 會馬上幫忙解決問題，
Pros:

早餐的湯麵都很好吃！尤其酸豬排骨米線很美味極推。披薩餅皮很好吃很Q彈，但是料偏少，義大利麵推薦培根口味的，可惜麵體偏軟。屋頂可以看到下龍灣喔

Cons:

床太軟，床緣沒有支撐，家人一早關手機鬧鐘不小心滾下床，洗澡熱水水量大於冷水，在快要被燙傷邊緣洗完澡😂

Lễ tân ban ngày rất kém. Trời mưa, khách đã nhờ rồi mà vẫn không hỗ trợ ô, không xách hành lý, không hỗ trợ mở cửa. Tôi vừa cầm ô, vừa mở cốp vừa xách hành lý. Người ướt không còn chỗ để ướt.

Value for money was ok but having Vietnamese food on the menu would of been great & cold fridges
Pros:

Location was nice, very quiet but not many places around to eat … very limited with restaurants & too many coffee shops

Cons:

Room fridges are a waste of time .. we stayed in two different rooms both fridges weren’t cold having to take our beverages down to the restaurant fridge .. very inconvenient! Restaurant was also disappointing only serving western food so not real impressed
