Pros:

Localizado bem perto da area turística de Shinjuku, do lado de uma loja de conveniência.

Cons:

Não gostei do cheiro do apartamento quando cheguei, tive que pedir para abrir a janela. A localização não é muito legal para famílias. Perto de motéis e casas de dança.

Posizione in una zona molto “movimentata”. Se si è in cerca di una struttura con locali/bar vicini, è quella giusta.
7 11 sotto all’hotel e bella vista sui grattacieli più belli di Shinjuku
Per chi desidera stare più in tranquillità, suggerisco di non scegliere questa zona.

Cons:

Zona un po’ rumorosa considerato il campo davanti e la movida notturna.

Great location, room could be cleaner.
Pros:

Location, staff were great - also 7 11 right under the hotel which was really convenient. Generally was fine - hairdryer was also provided which was great.

Cons:

The towels and sheets were clean, but the room wasn't. The walls were dirty and the floor was too. Generally could do with a clean.
