The staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel was in such a convenient location.

Cons:

The rooms are very small and not much ventilation so bathroom and towels stay damp even with ventilation on. But hotel offers to change towels and make up rooms which was great.

Good transit stop
Pros:

Great location for overnight transit stop to shop/eat/recharge on the way to the mountains.
Good price for being close to central Shinjuku.
Comfortable beds
Clean rooms and bathroom
Check-in staff held our bags at first. Then got us into our rooms as soon as they could, a bit early

Cons:

Rooms a re small. But hey it is Tokyo. the streets around the hotel did seem a little dodge but we did not see or have any issues
