I've stayed here 4 times and never been dissapointed
Pros:

Its compact, tidy and right in the middle of the action. Best of all each of the rooms have their own microwave (crazy to think but this is really is the deal breaker)

Pros:

Excelente ubicación. El Hotel a unos minutos del Metro de Shinjuku, muy fácil de llegar. Una buena zona de turismo, lleno de restaurantes, comidas, tiendas y vida. El hotel muy limpio y ordenado, y aunque la habitación es algo pequeña, está cómoda y sin ruido para descansar tranquilo.

If you’re just looking for the cheapest option and don’t care about anything else, this is your place.
Pros:

The location was excellent, with easy access to everything I wanted to visit. Having a 7-Eleven attached to the building was also extremely convenient, especially for grabbing snacks, drinks, or anything else I needed throughout my stay.

Cons:

My stay at Hotel LiveMax Shinjuku was a disappointing.

Before arriving, I received two separate WhatsApp phishing messages impersonating the hotel and directing me to fake Booking.com websites requesting my credit card information. After reporting this, Booking.com confirmed in writing that the property’s private management system had suffered a security breach due to security measures not being upgraded in a timely manner. This is extremely concerning and raises serious questions about how the hotel protects guests’ personal information.

Another frustration was the hotel’s lack of Yamato Transport luggage forwarding services. Every other hotel I’ve stayed at has offered this service, so it’s ridiculous that LiveMax doesn’t. What made matters worse was the attitude of one female front desk employee. When I asked for assistance, she immediately shut down my request without offering any alternatives, suggestions, or guidance. I had to spend an hour on my phone, figuring out where I can take my luggage. The other staff members were fine, but this particular interaction was unnecessarily dismissive.

The room was also extremely small, to the point where I had no choice but to open my dirty suitcase on top of my bed every time I needed something. Worse, the toilet’s bidet nozzle was absolutely filthy, covered in black grime and buildup. This is completely unacceptable from a cleanliness and hygiene standpoint.

Between the confirmed security breach, lack of basic luggage forwarding assistance, cramped accommodations, and poor cleanliness, I would not recommend this hotel.

Pros:

Very comfy double bed close by to all amenities
Nice clean basic hotel
Great aircon and lots of free razors body wash shampoo conditioner etc
Good powerful shower
Lovely views from window
Reception staff were lovely and helpful

Cons:

Very small room TV poor reception and scrambled
channels viewing no English channels
No tea coffee etc in rooms have to buy own
