Great location, room could be cleaner.
Pros:

Location, staff were great - also 7 11 right under the hotel which was really convenient. Generally was fine - hairdryer was also provided which was great.

Cons:

The towels and sheets were clean, but the room wasn't. The walls were dirty and the floor was too. Generally could do with a clean.

Good location but…
Pros:

Great location, easily accessable grom Shinjuku Station, shopping streets are close by. Rooms quite clean and nice, had a nice view.

Cons:

The rooms are really small - two adults with two big luggages - it is a bit challenging. There is nearly no interaction with the staff - both check-in and check-out you are just sent to the machine and have to do it yourself. The staff members looked like they are tired of people - no smile. Service was meh

It's a great property,
Pros:

The location of the Hotel LiVEMAX Kabukicho is great. It only takes around 10 minutes' walk to the Shinjuku Station & everywhere. There are plenty of restaurants around the area, including ramen, chargrilled seafood, sushi & sashimi, yakitori, wagyu beef yakiniku. Shinjuku is one of the major suburbs, and you can take the train to anywhere in Tokyo.

Cons:

The room is rather smaller than expectation for 2 guests. Two of my friends are staying in the same size of room as me. They ended up require changing to another larger room which is for disability guests.

La seva situació. L’habitació i el bany tenien el necessari i estava net. La bona actitud i atenció de la majoria del personal de recepció.

Cons:

Havent demanat una habitació per a no fumadors , l’habitació feia molta pudor a tabac.
L’actitud poc empàtica i inclús antipàtica d’un dels nois de recepció, que havent-nos donat permís per deixar les maletes una nit, ell sense escoltar-nos ni mirar-nos a la cara ens ensenyava el mòbil on posava que no podíem deixar-les. Sort que els seus companys i companyes van tenir una actitud completament diferent.
